I guess I am leaning towards 3 leagues of 8, but would like to see a solution for the teams left out in the cold.

As one of the three left in Dust, I joined the FPL Draft league and am fine with sticking just to that league this year. I would also be firmly in the keeping three leagues of 8 teams camp, with the exception being if Sand wanted to go to 9 teams just for one year so that JediSoccer can still have a team. Then we can try to fill Dust again next year.
