No Hedges or Acosta. Start Colman by himself up front and have Diaz feed him balls. If he can't score in this then it might very well be hopeless (yes I'm aware we said that vs Tulsa).

It's inevitable. Colman will start and get a hat trick.
    You heard it here first.

    Dare to dream.
High of only 91 forecast for Tuesday (but heat index of 97).

I only saw the last half hour. I am glad to get the win, but wow. Colman keeps finding ways not to score. It seemed to rub off onto the entire team for a while.

Reggie Cannon looks good and should see more playing time.

At this point, I'm watching Colman with zero expectations. So when he had the breakaway in the second half, there was not a single expectation on my part that he was actually going to score. And when he didn't, I was pretty calm about it.

I guess I'm pretty calm about Colman because El Profe figured it out several matches back when he made Colman a bench player. And that's refreshing. Too many coaches would keep starting Colman because the team spent a lot on him.

"Stop trying to make 'fetch' Colman happen. It's not going to happen."

Watching Colman is sad because he truly has lost the confidence and swagger he had at the beginning of the season. There's nothing worse than a snake-bit forward. If Maxi was playing instead of him last night we would've won 5-1 easily.

Oh yeah and Cannon is the real deal.

Cannon looks ready to step in for Grana at any time.
I also had no expectation of Colman scoring on any of his chances / breakaways. I stood up, but I think it was to see how he'd screw it up. His teammates seem to feel his pain. After every miss, Barrios or someone else would come over and slap his hand or say something to him.
Dare I say, Diaz is back?!?

We were joking that Colman should take the PK. If he made it hopefully his confidence is back. If he missed they should cut him at halftime.
