James started with a goal within first 15 minutes of the game. It's clearly the B-lineup against Leganes, but this is the month where Real Madrid gets tested the most.

As long as James shines today, he can hopefully feature in the higher profile matches as the month goes on...

He assisted Morata's third goal on a dead ball. James was great today...

And he ended getting subbed out just after the 70th minute again. He didn't look happy about it at all

hopefully the substitution is an indication that james will get playing time when playing against Atletico Madrid this weekend. if he played the full 90, chances are he wouldn't be playing the next game at all....even Morata got pulled in the 78th minute....my glass half full view :)

Games This Month - hell of a schedule. as long as James keeps his head on straight and let his performances speak for itself, he will be essential to the team's success. a goal and assist today is a great start....

    4/5 - Leganes
    4/8 - Atletico Madrid
    4/12 - Bayern
    4/15 - Sporting Gijon
    4/18 - Bayern
    4/23 - Barcelona
    4/26 - Deportivo la Coruna
    4/30 - Valencia

SO much for that Theory.. After yesterday's tantrum I don't see him getting any minutes vs Atletico or Bayern.. He won't probably play until they face Sporting Gijon.

I honestly think he plays one or the other (Atleti/Bayern.)

Real Madrid is usually so mentally and physically drained after their matches against Simeone's bunch that Zidane may have to bring in a bunch of fresh new guys for Bayern.

The sub made sense so Idk why he was so upset. They had scored 2 goals and their players were literally running right past him. Yea they could've subbed Vasquez but he's more of a wide player and Isco is better defensively.

The problem is not specifically with the game yesterday it's about this whole season. James barely plays and if he plays then he's either being the first player to comes out or never finish 90 minutos. Oh, and did I mention that it's regardless of his current form? In other words, Zidane doesn't like him, doesn't want him and that's it. James needs to move. Period.

James needs to learn his lesson and see that no matter what he's not going to be central to Madrid's plans under Zidane. He needs to move.

Maybe not a favorite opinion.. but..

James looked off his game still against Leganés. I know he scored, don't remind me! But... overall his performance wasn't the "James" I enjoy bragging about..

He needs to move to another team. Even when he plays bad, he atleast gets an assist or a goal. James deserves to be much more than a bench player. Zidane will likely remain at Real Madrid next season so I don't see the point in him staying. Where does everyone realistically see James next season?

He did his part. They're facing Alt. Madrid in a day so I am going to pray that he's going to play.

After James' blowup I doubt he even gets a start the rest of the season.

It's crazy how Zidane goes from one of my favorite players to my most hated coach

Zidane: "¿La temporada que viene? No estoy preparando nada, no tengo seguro seguir"

    http://www.marca.com/futbol/real-madrid/2017/04/07/58e771fd22601d834f8b45bf.html

Zidane will get the same treatment as Ancelotti (should've never got sacked). If Zidane fails to deliver any silverware at the end of this season he's out. At this point, the best we can hope for is for Real Madrid to finish the season trophy less and Zidane gets sacked.

Hypothetically one or more from a pool of players like Bale, Ronaldo, Isco, Kroos, Modric can all get injured and James still won't get a full 90 consistently, even if he were to single handedly win the CL for em. He would go right back to the bench once one or most of those players were to come back from injury.

It wasn't a blowup; don't exaggerate. But yes, it was obvious that he was angry.

No playing time today for james and Madrid dropped 2 points in a crucial La Liga game.

Hope Zidane liked that karma sandwich ;)

For me it's the same. Zidane didn't like him before the incident, now he hates him.
