Laws that generally do the opposite of what advertised?

    Shocking.

Would you guys be in favor of adding religious talk to this epic thread? I know we have the religion thread in the Napoli forum but that's more of a nice place for Catholics to talk with each other. Here we can have some debates and ask about laws etc. Especially with this open boarders marxist pope that is leading his followers astray. What do y'all say?

greater regulatory burden disproportionately hurts smaller banks b/c of economies of scale. The regulations are an improvement on lending practices pre-GFC, removing them will likely see some form of repeat of 2007/8. Not a good outcome for non-anarchists.

On infrastructure apart from vague rhetoric all Trump has said is that he's offering tax credits and fast tracking approvals for projects. Large scale, I doubt the private sector is going to get excited. Atm he's prioritising things like travel bans and rounding up illegals. That's identity politics Republican style, not job creating which is what the Bernie/Trump voting bloc expects.

Did Trump refer to Snowden as a traitor and call for his execution? I don't trust the MSM but did he really make those statements? In the same article I read that Putin will hand Snowden over to the U.S. as a favor. I'm guessing this is all done to distance Trump from Wikileaks.

He was against the banking cartels of Europe and in favor of the Government issuing debt free money.

"Money will cease to be master and will become the servant of humanity".

That's one way he wanted to advance the liberty of the individual.

Found a pretty cool quote from him.

Safe to say he would have rejected communism.

Greenbacks mentioned in the Bill Still movie "the secret of oz". Bill Still was a big Trump supporter and is not a fan of banks, I wonder how he likes the Goldman Sachs appointees.

Considering that I'm constantly told that the blacks still aren't free, I think one would have to say less. Far less. Hell, he used the draft to kill tens of thousands of Americans, so...
