Isn't he playing CB, that last Panama break was because the LB was in midfield stepping to the ball and there was a turnover played into that space.
Just bring in Lewis, move Saucedo back to cam, De La Torre cm, and EPB cdm. The cm dynamic for build-up isn't working anyway. It's the dm's + De La Torre not being creative enough for a 10. If De La Torre continued to struggle, I'd bring him off in the 60's.
zero creativity on this team our plan is obviously to give it to Saucedo/Lennon and hope they make something happen on the wings
Yeah, I was just thinking this looks like the standard U.S. fare...they're fine working the ball around in the back and the middle third, but just don't move it quickly enough or creatively enough in the attacking third.
EPB is a monster in the tackle, and it seems like Adams is the only one who knows how to high press, so naturally he ends up playing as the second striker half the time.
EPB definitely stands out as someone who has been playing against full-grown men. He's just eating up this younger kids.
it'd be great if we could actually get some buildup instead of Glad punting it to the corner every time
Eh, these are always ugly. Haiti beat St. Kitts 5-1 earlier, so maybe that game will be pleasing from our perspective. Outside of that I expect us to scratch and claw our way through a bit
