Im just curious if in game modes like Ultimate Team if were going to be able to play with men and women together...just the idea of Alex Morgan and Ronaldo as a strike partnership would be incredible.
Like i wrote in the FIFA 16 general thread, the womens national teams were the most enjoyable part of the demo. They actually felt almost realistic at times and i do like the lower pace the matches have than with men. The addition itself, i dont´know... For the more casual gamer, great. Good for you. For me, as a someone who mostly play the series for the "deeper" game modes... I don´t really care, especially if (or since) they are only available for the quik play friendlies. If they would make them actually "gameplay compatible", for example you to be able to coach them in a world cup in manager mode etc... Then it would be a different thing.. But if they are not available in any of the "actual" game modes, then they are "just more new teams added in to the game that i didn´t really need in the first place"... The point i am making, is that if you add something like this in to the game. Intergrate it in to the game full, make it actuall part of the gameplay mechanics. Not as an add on content, just to add more content.
I think this should have happened ages ago. I don't know why it always takes years for any sport to include women. I like that in the UFC for example, they even have certain main events where it's a fight between women. But even with them it took a while before that kicked off. Dana white (the president) first stated that women would never be able to make a main event in the UFC and he admits he was very wrong! Fifa should include women in every game!
