Perhaps I will go that route. My brother, who knows little to nothing about football is doing way better than me in this league. I guess I will start taking players to help Fulham win.

The point Cookie makes about Everton is one I have talked about before. Two years ago Everton were the surprise team of the season finishing 8th or something like that. It was amazing. Now last year, they were brutal. They did not come up and surprise teams as they did the year before. The same is happening with Fulham this year. Hopefully Fulham can turn it around the way Everton has done this year. They are obviosly doing great this year, at least until the 20th of Nov when Fulham roughs them up. I hope Fulham can survive this season. I feel confident that they will. There is too much talent to be relegated.

    Former #23 quoted...

"It is the only other club I've ever been at and they showed a lot of faith and loyalty to me," said the no talent assclown.

"Fulham are one of the main reasons why I am a professional footballer today so I owe a lot to them. I am a Tottenham player now though and I am going to go there and enjoy it."

Rather nice but I saw his interview on sky sports last night and his head still hasn't deflated enough to get into the cottage.

He was out of contract at the end of the season so he was going to go for nothing. We were in the same situation with Stephen Carr going when he wasn't going to sign a contract & he is going to get alot of stick when he comes back to the Lane.

Sean Davis is a very popular player with the supporters already. I dont know if he is big headed but he has alot confidence in his own ability.

Ahhhhh... Free Agency... America's gift to sports... unless of course this has always been the way in the Premiership... in which case I humbly retract my statement...

It's always good to be a newbie... that way I can be ignorant and no one gets mad :) Give me a few more weeks... then I lose my grace period

The only reason why Everton are doing so good is because Rooney left. Whoa how is that good well let me explain. When Roo was there they had one forward to get the ball to. Roo was their main player and he was the one who was supposed to score the goals. Well now they bought some good players Cahill Bent etc etc. Now they dont have one player to score. They are now playing as a team which is the most important thing about Football is to play as a team thats the only reason why USA are so good and thats the reason why Everton are doing good. Also when Rooney left Everton it took forever and the media and everyone was talking about it. Now that he is gone and the media said well Everton will be last the team becomes more of a team.Fulham are trying to get the ball to Cole and it isnt working. Boa Morte everytime he gets the ball he tries to make some play of the year. They need to play team football. If one player gets beat on defense then another player should try and help out. Boa Morte cant get the play of the year then he should pass the ball.

I could be mistaken, but I think Everton bought both Bent and Cahill before the sale of Rooney. I think the sale of Rooney will keep Everton in a strong position in both the table and the transfer market the next year or two. Also, credit must go to Moyes. He was under a lot of pressure from the board and all the turmoil this summer could not have been fun to deal with. He comes out of this looking great!

I have always found the BBC.co.uk's previews the most in-depth and best of the bunch. They have good facts and figures about the matches. Despite the 2-1 prediction for Tottenham tomorrow there are some interesting facts in the preview of the match:

Yea they did buy them before Rooney left but, Roo did not play for Everton because he was injured.About the Ledley King comment. I sadi King as an example. They need both a Forward and Defender. They have Forwards but, 2 of them are 32 and Radz is 30?They really need a defender more. These could be some possible players that Fulham could go and try and get.

    Forwards-

South America-Carlos Tevez. Well he would cost alot of money but, any team that gets him would be a better team.
North America-Edson Buddle-This wouldnt cost alot of money and it would be a good signing.

    Defenders-
Patrice Evra-Probably cost alot of money but, it would be worth every dollar.

Those are just some of the players that Fulham could try and get. Tevez will probably be in Europe after January. It would cost some money but, he is a world class player.

Fulham pick up a 2-0 win...Boa Morte and Cole with the goals. Malbranque got the assist on Dead Snakes goal and Dead Snake got the assist on Coles.

Sounded like it could've been 4 or 5 nothing by the way it sounded, Cole had a sweet chip that was barely kept out of the net.

Diop also had a decent (if not great) match.

Tottenham arent doing so well so this should of been an easy win for Fulham. Now this will prove just how good Fulham are because the next 2 matches are against Newcastle and Chelsea. I would want a draw for Newcastle and win against Chelsea but, 2 wins would be nice.

This was a great, great win for Fulham. To say it should have been an easy win is a little strange to hear. Fulham has not been playing all that well this year if you did not know. Any win is a good win and there are no guaranteed victories in the Premiership. Remember the Palace game? Anyways, I followed the game in a chat room as I could not get my computer to allow me to listen to the radio feed. From what those in the chat room said, Fulham played great. This is just a massive win. The Premiership is all about momentum and confidence. Right now Fulham have both. Hopefully they can keep things up and play well at Newcastle next weekend.

Fulham have been doing horrible this season but, this match was at home against a mid table club.Any match at home should be an expected win any match at home against a mid table club should of be a win.Tottenham didnt have Carrick that was another reason why this should been a win. This was a good win now its time for Newcastle.

I guess you and I have been watching and following two different teams. The way Fulham has played so far this season, there are no expected wins. Especially after the Palace match. I hope each and every game that Fulham come out and play hard and get a good result, but that is not to say that I expect them to win every game this season.
    PS - Carrick is overrated.

I was in Las Vegas with no FSW or anything. I had to wait until we go to an internet place to check the score. Everyone around thought I was going mental when I started cheering. Way to go FULHAM!!

The main goal for Fulham in the next two weeks is to keep up the high level of play. Even if they do that it's going to be tough to get points. Newcastle's loss to Bolton yesterday was unfortunate since now they are going home hungry for a win. Chelsea is obviously a tough team to get points from anytime But if Fulham keep up the good play they will be in line to get points when the schedule gets easier. Sounds like Steed is finally back in form and that's key.
