I always think that Passlack is a failed attempt to spell Pulisic

Bartra on for Piszczek for injury and Koln up 1:0 against the run of play on a free kick header. If it stays this way I expect to see Mor and CP fairly early in the second half.

Tuchel wants to make that fight for the last Europa spot interesting.

No Pulisic. Ramos on for Sokratis.

Dembele creates a bunch, but damn does he turn the ball over. A ton. Dembele's constant ball hogging minimizes Reus's touches, which is a bad thing. In theory, a less selfish player like Pulisic would help to maximize the effectiveness of Reus by actually getting him the ball and letting him create. I'm biased however

Edit-and of course right as a type that Dembele gets a nice second assist.....to Reus

It was Dembele to Ramos to Reus who scored.

hahah. I am a bit less impressed with Dembele than many here. He is a very good player but his touch is a bit loose and he turns the ball over a lot.

I think that's how most people here assess Dembele. Talented but careless with the ball and youthfully selfish at the wrong times.

Was it really a crappy result, though? Köln are a decent side, they drew away at Bayern and at home against Leipzig. At home, they can give really any team in the world a tough game. A number of Bundesliga teams (Hoffenheim, Frankfurt, Leipzig) has really improved this season and can actually challenge Bayern and Dortmund, Köln is one of them...

Indeed--Dortmund must be favored. Solid chance at least 4 more game opportunities for Pulisic in the CL.

I certainly appreciate the sentiment (I want to see CP as much as possible), but if this is a true statement, it's a problem for BVB. CP is too young to start and play every game. They need to be able to give him a rest every now and then.

Koeln had injuries. BvB failed to capitalize.
If he wanted to ride pine, he should have gone to Stoke. :p

Where did he say, "There wasn't a price?" He said, "We won't sell." Those two phrases are not the same. I am not selling my car...that is a fact. However, i won't pretend that if someone offers me 100% increase on price, I won't sell it.

I'm either missing something or pointing out the obvious....lol.
