We lost to Mexico at home.

The deep state controls that to a great extent. We can use drones or we can put boots on the ground but one way or another we are going IN.

She has a way with words and so does Kelly Anne Conway. Either of them could sell a beef steak to a vegan.

Los Angeles Times: “Trump’s children and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who guided him throughout the campaign, appear to have retained their influence in an official capacity. Kushner’s presence at the White House on Thursday drew notice from Obama’s staff when he asked, as they toured the West Wing, how many of the individuals there would remain into the next administration. Nearly all will depart along with the president.”

I would, except a couple days ago he said he wasn't interested in a cabinet post, so we'll see.

    This just writes itself.

Need a wall in front of the goal to stop Rafa. Let me tell you it just got ten feet higher.
Someone need to do some extreme vetting on who is allowed on USMNT. Pathetic. Sad.
When the US sends it's players its not sending it's best okay? Sad.
First brick in the wall stopping the US from Russia 2018.
Rafa moved on those defenders like a bitch.

So the president takes weekends off? Cool. I'm sure we'll see lots of right wing memes about how lazy he is spending out money doing it.

The last time we lost a home qualifier to Mexico we had a republican president who had arguably the worst psyche to inhabit the White House in modern times. He won by appealing to a Silent Majority and by appealing to racist sentiments. That president also was corrupt as hell, including some time bombs hidden in his income taxes. He employed previously nonpartisan elements of the government to attack his enemies and protect his friends. He had a troubling relationship with the FBI. He was simultaneously disdainful of and worshipful toward Manhattan elites. He was personally and politically driven almost entirely by grievance. He was known as someone who really didn't have any friends.

I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin.'

Well shit. You spoiled my well crafted post.

OK, the last time Mexico beat us in a home qualifier, the man who was going to be president in 10 weeks etc. etc.

Shit. That doesn't have the same punch.

That's the one thing about this whole fiasco that's mildly amusing. Trump was being too honest about the GOP to suit their tastes, so they jumped ship thinking he'd lose. Now that he's won, those people really ought to have to live in close proximity to the very people they deserted- the rank and file voters who were energized by Trump's campaign message of defending White male privilege.

The whole reason he became active in politics is that obama snubbed him.

I hope on some level he's grateful for the boost in his wealth that Obama made possible by that snub.

You'd have to shake him awake to find out. He's not low energy. He's no energy.
