Interesting question. I think very likely. He has had a recovery period, a sub run out, and now it should be a start. The most out of form attacker to me is Goetze. Dembele could also benefit from a little rest and reflection. In no particular order I like Pulisic, Schurrle, Auba, Castro, Weigle, and Guererro. Back four.
Seriously? You're making a big deal about the word make? We could go down the rabbit hole of what the Phoenician alphabet was adapted from if you want. Anyhoo, the salient point is that English uses the same alphabet as Spanish but that alphabet is particularly well adapted to describing the phonemes of Spanish. So no learning new alphabets and the spelling of words is really easy.
Hope he isn't called up for the next set of friendlies...that field in Cuba looks shit, last thing we need is him tweaking a knee before the hex.
Thanks for the heads up, folks. The language sidebar... 1. Is one of those things that develops naturally out of discussions about YA ("how well is he adapting?", etc.) and I think it's stuff like this that helps make the forum interesting, but... 2. It's begun to take on a life of its own and has gone on long enough. I'm going to delete continuations of it beyond this point.

OK, so at this point for the kid the sky is the limit. So let's start daydreaming. Where do people want to see him play? Do people want him to stay with Tuchel? Is TT the key to his development? If Tuchel manages to win the BL this term, make a serious run in the CL, does he become a target for a club with deep pockets, such as Chelsea if Conte fails to turn that ship around? Do people want to see CP play in England if Tuchel goes there? All this is speculation of course, but given his age and what we've seen, and what the worldwide press is saying about the kid, a transfer to any team in the world would not be surprising. While I think he'll stay with BVB, my question is where do people want to see him go in their daydreams? Real? Barca? Bayern? Man City to play with Pepe? Atletico to get that extra bit of nastiness (although I think he's already got that)? Liverpool to play with Klopp? No limits here, just what do you all want to see?
In my daydreams, it'd have to be him starting at Real or Barca. But I'm perfectly happy with him at BVB.
Would be amazing if he went to City to play for Pep, but honestly, I'm just happy he is where he is right now.
Sure, right after his 4th WC in 2030 and he has won the golden ball, boot and Jules Rimet trophy for us!
Absolutely. Should stay with them for several more years. Hopefully he can pick up a league title and maybe a few Player of the Year Awards. Don't chase the $$$$. you'll get more then enough with the massive promotion US SOCCER during the next few World Cups
I'm big on loyalty, specially the team the developed you and gave you your break. It would be nice that he would get paid and when "bigger" clubs come over, he says, I'm already in a big club and we will try to reach the same goals those "bigger" clubs have. Of course if BVB wants to sell to profit, then you can't stay.
He could have a talk with Götze who once shared that dream to play under Pep. I'm obviously biased, but I'd strongly advise against these kind of moves before he has really found his place in the team (and in life in general). I'm pretty sure, before he's 21, he'll get a contract at Dortmund + sponsorship deals that will make sure that he won't ever have to worry about financial matters (if he isn't doing stupid things). Before that, he shouldn't even think about a transfer to one of these clubs that have completely different environments.
