Lets hope for once in the last two, three years Ribery and Robben can be healthy and on top form from February till May. THe way things are going in the last two years it looks like Rib and Rob are holding us back because we count of them and we are not buying another good winger while they both are out or are out of form because of long injuries when they are needed the most 1/4 finals,1/2 finals in the CL vs Real,Barca and Atletico. Its not like we need them vs most of the BL teams plus between them they make 20 mil a year.
Bild reveal #Dahoud has a release clause of €10m next summer and despite Mönchengladbach's offers he won't sign a new deal. January signing?— Nik Postinger (@nikpostinger) August 10, 2016
That's one that irritates me a lot. We all know that Bild posts a lot of BS, but even they don't deserve to be mixed up with a tabloid like Sport Bild. Yet so often English media conflates the two.
Not super high on Tielemans. He's been mediocre whenever I've seen him (Europe mostly), but I guess if everyone rates him, he must be good.
To your point, I feel Kimmich gets a raw deal from a majority of the fan base. All he has done has succeeded with every opportunity, while learning on the job, and made a name for himself. Steady, consistent.
I'm aware. Xhaka I think is more of what we needed. I'm fine with passing on him as Kimmich he shown well. But I also font Der us going for Dahoud
Young Xabi is exactly who Granit reminds you of. He's very physical and hotheaded, with a spectacular left boot; but he's not very mobile and isn't going to be charging forward too often. That's why he and Dahoud clicked so well; Mo gave him a constant forward option to link the ball forward when the long ball wasn't there for Granit to play. Speaking of Dahoud; his agent has denied that there is an exit clause in his contract at any point. Another example of why people really should know better when it comes to Sport Bild's "reporting". https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...hmoud-dahoud-staying-borussia-monchengladbach
"But if it's on the interwebs it's true" I recall having to defend myself in the past for referencing Bild...
Nothing wrong with Bild but you would famously quote fake Facebook rumors and then try to justify them
Did? Did I? because I distinctly recall using a 'even if this were true' type reference, do show me where I passed something from FB off as fact? LMAO, I don't even know why condescended myself to comment, it's comedic hypocrisy here....lol anywho.
Good thing we didn't go after Higuain. Juve wish they kept the receipt, apparently he been eating some of that cash they threw at him and showed up in training overweight. [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Did you watch the Euros? Going for Sanches was a no-brainer and a move heavy on foresight. Do we wait till Vidal is past it in a year or two and then Renato probably costs like €150m because that's probably what anyone would have to pay to get him from us right now. I'm quite confident we can make one more big signing if we have to anyway The AM issue is a valid point you raised and I would want to see what Thiago does this season. He hasn't impressed me much since arriving at Bayern. This is going to be his 4th season and at 25 is yet to make a dent amongst the elite at his position (wherever that is) that is unacceptable and personally as someone that was sad to see Goetze go the double standards for Thiago is a bit confusing and makes me nauseous. Its make or break season for him as far as I'm concerned
If they love Bayern they really need to do a Ray Lewis and during the season announce their exit by the end of the season. We are the only elite club in Europe relying on 34 year old wingers. Its not sustainable
