Let's see if we can snag another road win...
Not a fan of either team. In fact an FC Dallas win helps the Rapids, a team I'm fond of. Just came here to see if anything was being said about the first half ref job. This crew is an atrocious embarrassment to the MLS. That's saying alot!
Well, that sucked. Maybe Jorge Gonzalez can buy FCD dinner the next time he decides to ******** them like that. But my favorite part of the telecast was when Brian Dunseth was saying that a penalty would've been "harsh" the second time that Tesho was taken down in the box, while being completely OK with a PK for Feilhaber's dive. I'm certainly looking forward to Instant Replay this week.
Congrats KC, you scored on yourselves but the refs bailed you out. You dove in the box and the refs gave you a PK. What a performance. ******** you.
Agree with all the comments, but it's tough to blame the refereeing for the loss when we couldn't score. Castillo should have put this one away for us early so the craptacular refereeing would have been irrelevant. I keep reading how Atiba Harris fouled Feilhaber for the PK. I didn't see anyone within a foot of him when he planted his toe in the ground and dove. Seems like every time we play a team having a scoreless streak or winless streak or they don't have a chance against us because they're missing key players, we manage to lose to them. Maybe it's the road game effect. We have 3 road wins, and we're tied for the lead for MLS road wins? Where do MLS teams stay on the road? In skid row alleys eating meals laced with tranquilizers? Do they walk to the away games from their home cities? Are the referees intimidated into favoring the home teams by those nasty MLS crowds? Brian Dunseth needs to ease up on his use of superlatives. Can he say a noun that's not preceded by amazing, awesome, etc.?
I don't get mad like I used to but I had to turn the game off after the KC pk. This was the worst and most one sided half I've seen in a while or maybe ever. I applaud the team for not losing it and picking up stupid cards. That had to be extremely hard to do.
I didn't see the game but I know Dunny sucks. I can't stand anything he says about soccer. He's like John Harkes but more ignorant.
