I actually don't mind and the guy plays for my favorite team. Dunga wants a more defensive minded LB and Marcelo ain't it. I'd be ok with his inclusion as a winger though. He could defintely do some good coming off the bench in a match where we need a goal.

I actually see D. Luiz being called back for the Spetemeber friendlies. Probably just giving him a rest( instead of dripping his ass for shameful performances) after 3 straight years of summer tourneys. I'm actually shocked that I did not notice Oscar not in the list as well.
There are some fringe rumors that David Luiz might be called up for the Olympics, although Miranda (and Willian + Neymar) is the most likely choice.
And that's why Oscar should play in the Olympics!! Cause most likely Conte will tell him to find greener pastures elsewhere, and he can show whatever talent he has left to the shop scouts(hopefully not the Chinese! !) I wouldn't even mind if he came to Barcelona!!
