I believe thats 6 goals in 15 games with less than 1000 minutes played, so thats pretty good. I don't know if it'll be good enough to get him a shot with the first team, but I wouldn't rule it out.

Yeah but transfermarket, which I assume was were he looked first, had the game as 0-0. He was saying he found a source that showed Mario's goals.

He is for sure at least part Guatemalan, not sure of any Mexican heritage.

He's been there for 4 years. I don't think he is going to make the first team.

 

To me, he resembles Douce when young (good skills, a bit on the slow side). The problem is Dempsey always had a knack for being at the right place at the right time. Mario doesn't

 

I think this is his second season at BMG, and before that he did half a season at Kaiserslautern on the U-19 team that went to the Cup final because of a paperwork issue and then the WC.

 

He's out of contract.

This article from May 20 says that he was linked to Eintracht Braunschweig but that the rumor seems to have gone cold. However, I can't find anything else that even mentioned that rumor elsewhere on the Internet.

I haven't heard anything (also sounds like a rather weak rumor - he is "supposed to have been in contact" with the club previously). Eintracht has already signed a similar player (position, age, experience) in Onel Hernandez, so I wouldn't rule out past interest, but it doesn't make it likely that Rodriguez is a target right now.
