That's a bit harsh on RLC. He doesn't have to start, he can be a good player in the squad right now. What is sad, as you say, is that he's our best player.

Atleast he shows impetuous. His runs are dangerous. His positioning has been good. In a season where so many haven't shown determination, it's nice to see an Academy grad have it.

Agree with you on all accounts. Dave is suffering from our general play in midfield and at the back. Matic's fall from grace may be the most damning thing that happened under Mourinho. He went from one of the best holding mids to a virtual nonentity. Bad teams can look okay with strong defense and midfield play. We have had none of it.
RLC doesnt belong playing in the PL let alone for Chelsea. The fcuking kid is useless on the pitch. Cant wait for Conte to come in and send his ass out on loan.

We are simply second best from back to front, in every aspect of the game, mid table really is about our level, they do say that the league never lies, Conti is going to need to overhaul the whole squad in my honest opinion
Agree. Atleast one midfielder and CB. They both have to be of top quality as well. The hope would be that some of the other players could find some form.

RLC got into some good positions but the quality/end product just isn't there. Can't judge him though when everyone around him look like a pub team.
Ultimately my point. He isn't bad, but why in hell would anyone expect a 20 year old to be a world beater? He's still progressing. Still improving. This attitude makes no sense to me....
