Deploying him as a CB was just such laughably bad tactically decision like they literally changed their entire formation to put a RWB in a 3 man back line. So painfully illogical.

Marquinhos is probably better than Sideshow Bob anyways so I don't see why that would change the game plan at all.

Well the other option was Van Der Wiel who has been dreadful. He may have been the better option tonight though because it seemed like Aurier was playing for Man City with the amount of passes he was giving them.


I ended up having to watch the PSG-City game over ours because I didn't get to my office's rec room in time and my coworker decided to be a City fan all of a sudden .

PSG have a stacked squad but still lack a killer instinct goal scorer. Someone like CR7, KDB, someone on MSN, etc. Ibra's record in CL speaks for itself and Cavani seems allergic to stepping up in big moments.

I don't know if Trapp is an upgrade from Sigiru. From the Germans on other boards, I've seen nothing but high praise for his Buli days and his potential but he seems pretty average to me.

Blanc's lineup was stupid. Lucas scored a brace this weekend and he still doesn't get a look.
