Reminds me of an analogy test question:

FIRE : MIDFIELDER

A. CLUMSY : BOTCH
B. BEG : CRY
C. CYNICAL : GULLIBLE
D. WALLFLOWER : TIMIDITY

 

This is good practice for the ACT I guess.
So.

I'll take C.

 

C is the correct answer...so is A, B, and D.

 

There are statistical models for tests with 2 (T/F) or 4 (A-D) answers that can increase average student scores by ~8%...
Of course, those kinds of things are only really interesting to students who probably don't need them.


I think this is relevant to the Fire, in that they aren't of a level to understand or appreciate any sort of higher metrics for performance or self-context.

 

Couldn't they have talked to Rafal Wolski and gotten the young Polish phenom here?
