There are statistical models for tests with 2 (T/F) or 4 (A-D) answers that can increase average student scores by ~8%... Of course, those kinds of things are only really interesting to students who probably don't need them. I think this is relevant to the Fire, in that they aren't of a level to understand or appreciate any sort of higher metrics for performance or self-context.
