I was told that they weigh and print them all on one day, but they don't all get picked up at one time. I wonder if the place they pack, label, and ship isn't staffed all the time, so the packages only got picked up on certain days. Either way, I'm glad I can stop bugging my ticket rep. I'm sure he is glad, as well.
Nope. No golden ticket ... and NO PARKING PASSES #%@!%@!%@! Had to get in touch with my rep again. Glad to know, after 7 seasons I'm such a valued member of their supporters.
Don't be. They seem to have combined the Loyalty Points/Union Dollars under the Account Manager (although the FAQ page links to the old site which is a broken link), and I can't login with any known credentials, and the Reset Password link doesn't work either.

You need to send in a stamped, self addressed envelope if you want to check your balance, renew points or request a change of your password. Expect 4-6 weeks before your request is processed. Replies are only mailed on the 4th Thursday of each month unless there is no 4th Thursday. In that case they will be delivered via pony express.
No seat upgrade reward means $1000 more for my tickets next year. Probably will be the straw that breaks the camel's back for STH in our household. I justified the discount paid for gas and tolls for the year but now I'm kinda screwed.

Looks like there's no more option to have your Union Dollars automatically topped off if you go below a certain dollar amount threshold.
