Are Barça going to be investigated for Pique getting a deliberate yellow there? After the Messi goal, his assistant went straight to Enrique to tell him something in his ear, and minutes later Pique makes a hard tackle. UEFA?
rip my money.. betted on over 2.5 gols on gunners match.. around 5 clear goals wasted by both teams.. unfair result tbh, maybe 1 goal difference or even a tie would be a fairer result, that said, barcelona is trough as much as we are..
What do you think he whispered in his ear right after a goal? And Enrique's eyes went straight to their defense as well. And then Pique makes a harsh tackle with 2 Barça players surrounding the Arsenal player. 1+ 1 = 3.
For all his bitching and complaining, that one actually had merit. We got punished for what every club does, it couldn't be more obvious than this one tonight. However I very much doubt UEFA will even speak about it.
Well, that ended up being an interesting game thanks to Bayern's capitulation and Juve's determination. Hope Juve can pull a win out of the hat in Munich! Arsenal doing an Arsenal again though. WTH is Wenger thinking still having Flamini on their squad? I feel bad for Ozil. Can't be easy for him playing with muppets like Giroud/Walcott ahead and dopes like Flamini/Mertesacker behind. If we buy Dybala, then I hope Juve buys Ozil. They (Ozil and Juve) could be a good fit, and he'd win some trophies there.
Man Muller and Robben are awful divers. Funny to see that douche mandzuic going at ex teammates and that love fest with Lewandowski was lol worthy. Bayern has this tie though. How the hell did juve let robben score the only way he knows. Have they never watched clips of him? All he has is a left foot to use after cutting in. Dumb from their D.
I need a replay. Because I remember other Barça players around the Arsenal player (so I guess Wellbeck) and that the foul happened on the sideline, which meant Pique went from his position to hard tackle a player who was already being covered.
That Arsenal match watch pretty entertaining until they fell asleep on the counter. Should have taken a yellow and fouled either Suarez or Neymar during its build up, would have been justified.
Robben is pretty much unstoppable when he's healthy. Too quick even if you know where he's going. Glad Juve were able to keep things interesting for the 2nd leg.
