I don't think so either, but if we play like this every game, well everyone's dropping points this season. The performance deserved a win.

Ramsey does what Ramsey does, but when he plays, someone else needs to distribute the ball. I don't think Coquelin can do that (yet).

Im sure Wenger has been aware for sometime on Flamini, but why didn't they go after someone else this past summer? Lord knows there was time after the cech signing.

So it is reported that Wenger got on Mason for being his normal dickheaded self and the Little Fat man with a Pug Nose Koeman went after Wenger in the tunnel. Hate Dutch managers.

We've rehashed this topic time and again on this board, so I won't belabor it, but there aren't that many players who can play that role. We ask players in that role to do a shitton of stuff. And the only players who moved that could plausibly play that role are Schneiderlin (who can't get games at United), and Vidal (who plays a different role).

Both cost > 25 million, and they aren't ideal starters by any means.

Just watched the match. Haven't read through this thread yet.

First of all, the color commentator was unbearable. I wish there was a way to watch the game without the commentators, but still hear the stadium sound. I had to put the tv on mute after about 30 minutes.

Secondly, the referee has no idea what a foul is. I was disappointed when I saw Mason on the pitch. He did catch Ozil moving the magic spray spot for a free kick. I thought that was pretty funny.

It was fun to see Ozil and Sanchez playing. They play on such a high level compared to the rest of the players out there. They created so many chances. I didn't think Theo added much when he came on.

It was just frustrating to not score any goals with all the great chances created.

No, it did not deserve anything. You have to score to win. You have to have more than two guys working.

That is Tony Gale. He is an unbearable Abramovic ass kisser. The man is a fool, yet they keep hiring him.

Yes, Mason gets his XXXXXL knickers twisted of a foot of pitch but can't see Giroud get man raped five yards in front of him.

That's a little surprising re Koeman. I'll wait for the official report.

At the start of the match when I heard it was him, I turned the volume way down low and frankly never really heard a word he said.

From an email I just got. Sick.

[When asked if this is a case of the 'same old Arsenal', dropping points at crucial stages]
"Look, I don't know why you say same old Arsenal. For 20 years we have been at the top of the Premier League. At the moment we have to say that we have dropped points but we have to keep fighting and believing."

    No Wenger, top is first.

If they have him on they should offer a crowd noise only option. Should do that anyway.

A week or two ago I was using some Beats headphones plugged directly into my TV and lo-and-behold they had that effect: 95% crowd noise, 5% announcers... it was great, except when you actually wanted to hear some analysis.

Wenger blows hot cold, passive- aggressive. First, he generally mildly and meekly apologizes and says the fans deserve a better performance and we are very sorry to disappoint them .

But if you press him on it, he becomes arrogant, like how dare you question his decision-making when he's been a professional for decades. The arrogance comes from the fact that there is absolutely no pressure on him from the board to win anything. This is when the ass clown aspects of his personality come to the fore. .

At this point, it's a ********ing joke. This is been going on for over a decade .

Why is anyone paying attention to a press conference?

Since you seem incapable of understanding hyperbole, let me rephrase that for you.

Wenger will not win the league again in his career. He has had time, money, a board that allows him complete freedom, and stunning incompetence from our competitors. The job will never get an easier than it is now.

Dude he lives in London and you live in Connecticut. Don't act like you're the gatekeeper to fandom.

Perhaps because it gives you an insight to why the man can't see what is obvious to everyone else?

Considering I've been supporting this club as a child growing up watching the great charismatic Ian Wright, seeing the club go through bribery chargers and uprooted to a new stadium. Paid a small fortune as a ticket holder for several seasons before I was priced out then paid a large sum to Sky Sports and then another large sum to BT Sports, just to follow this crap, I think entitles me to express my dissatisfaction, especially considering I'm now paying for two separate networks and again being priced out once again. So excuse me when I say I don't want to put myself through this any more, for the rest of the season, especially when I want to save money for the rent and have a roof over head.

Fair. Though I do find it bizarre that people complain about how much tickets cost for Arsenal games in London. Arsenal games are a lot cheaper than comparable games in New York or Chicago.

I'm waiting for one of these to make their appearance, but in truth, I wouldn't exactly, ahem, "luv it".

    '

I know it won't happen. At least Kevin Keegan was under pressure to actually win something. Wenger is under no pressure by the board to win the title. None whatsoever. Absolutely no repercussions for failure. Zero .
