They are the number 1 "provider" of abortions in the US and then they sell the dead baby parts. I chuckle when folks who get indignant about an "offensive" comment go out and support the killers at Planned Parenthood as if selling dead baby parts is like working at AutoZone
The Muslim countries won't even take them!! http://m.france24.com/en/20151128-french-pm-valls-calls-gulf-accept-more-refugees
Only if they have a computer system the same as AutoZone so you can make sure you're getting the rights parts! Make/model/year/blood type!!!! All that is important!
except that lunatic didn't make a good argument. he murdered people in cold blood. no excuse nor reason for it. his actions should be condemned and vilified and he should be prosecuted and or treated to the fullest. PS i and i would wager that religion was the catalyst that allowed him to come to the conclusion he did. PSS Until we decide to love each other more than some god/gods then these types of disgusting acts will continue. whether it be in colorado, paris or another place TBD
Be appalled all you want - as appalled as many others are at the murder of the unborn. Wanna see some pics of late term aborted fetuses and get back to me on your opinion?
That shooting will not diminish the amount of abortions. All it accomplished was the murder of civilians and a cop in cold blood. This isn't an ideological discussion, it's one of facts.
You show poor reading comprehension skills - re-read my original post - said nothing about this guy, just said that if an entire clinic was taken out you could make the argument it saved net lives.
So concluding that harvesting dead baby parts is wrong is somehow the fault of Christianity? Gee, i guess my moral compass in killing the unborn and selling their body parts was offset.
Not advocating anything, just pointing out that if something happened, many would say lives were saved.
Concluding that harvesting dead baby parts is wrong is not the "fault" of Christianity. I stated "religion" and did not specify your religion in general. If your religion causes you to disagree with what planned parenthood is doing, that's just fine. If your religion causes you to settle ideological differences with force, then you are a sociopathic maniac that has no place in civilized society. you appear to be on the precipice of defending or agreeing with this maniacs actions. or somehow justifying, not only his belief system, but his abhorrent acts. This is unattainable and requires immediate rebuke. I, like you, don't agree with the current aloofness this culture shares about abortion and the inability to discuss it in a honest manner. There should be a complete evaluation on all end of life instances. There is however, no place for gunning down people who are doing nothing illegal because they simply hold a different thought in their head than you do. I don't honestly feel you disagree with this. I think your moral compass is generally pointed in the right direction but your apparent belief that two wrongs make a right is what places you outside the ethical sphere in this instance. I honestly don't believe that your neo-christian god (or gods-don't know if you are a trinitarian, modalist, or arian, etc) would condone the actions of what this disturbed lunatic did. But if you want to base a defense of what happened from the threads of religion, by all means proceed. Of course, el, elohim, yahweh or jehovah would have no issue with what has happened. but thats a different thread..... PS the interjection of religious ethos to this scenario is my assumption. i've read nothing to indicate that the murderer believed in a particular god or gods. Its my conjecture at this point that his ethics of slaughter have some founding religion.
The guy is a nut job and latched on to whatever cause he could to satisfy some need in his messed up head. If Islam had strong historical roots here he would have gone into the place praising Muhammad. He also would have been much better trained and equipped and done lots more damage.
Or a car, a knife, hatchet, a pressure cooker, etc. Just add instability, or religious indoctrination, and you have a catastrophe.
I ate at Tita's tacos in Humble again last week. First class Barbacoa as usual. No one has mentioned Alamo Tamales on Highway 3 over by Ellington. The Chorizo is a little dry, but they do a decent breakfast burrito. and for the other thread sidetrackers' preference of conversation: No one has mentioned Britta Merwin on these threads since she came to town. She's actually really cool-I've talked to her on KPRC's Facebook weather chats (I actually do find weather kind of interesting, no joke)-and she has something in common with our own Art Vandalay-they both spent time at SUNY Stony Brook (which is a little odd for both being Texans).
Complaining about threads going off-topic on this board is like complaining about it being too hot in Houston during the summer. It's just something you have to get used to. I would even state that this board is still alive cause of the way it goes off-topic.
Elita is fugly to be honest. no one like that channel 2 chick Jennifer Peña still the one after all these years. and isn't Velvita Lokita some sort of wrapped cheese anyways?
