We lost. We did not play well. Some of the players this year did not do half of what we had all hoped for. Ante misses shots some times. Ante acts like a dork some times. None of this bothers me. However, after his red card sore loser bullsh!t tonight if the FIRE do not get rid of this C**T I will not only not bother making the trip to Naperville next year I will personly call him out on this to his D#%# @%^$()# face the first chance I get. Not that he ever makes it to any of the FIRE'S functions anyway. You just put us in the same league as L.A. and Louis Hernandez after our Open Cup win in 2000.

Talk to me until you are blue in the face. None of you will change my mind. Thanks a lot D!ck Head! Injuries, underacheiving and a less than perfect place to play are one thing. C%$# $%#&^)% brats with Chicago on their chest are another.

    with love rich

I've always felt that Ante was a second tier player. But after his move tonight I'd buy that man a beer. F$#! any league that allows Nowak to get injured. Heaps? Nothing but a two-bit punk.

Say what you want but Razov cares more for this club than anyone else.

He was pissed about the loss and let his emotions get to him. It sucks but it's done and over, and I'm sure Bob et al are going to talk to him one on one. He should be penalised within the team by Bob, definitely.

However, dumping Razov outright for this is more than a little extreme. He's been our leading scorer 3 seasons running. He produces (as hard as it may be able to believe) more consistently than anyone else up top for us.

Top it off with the Fact Josh may not be around next season and it would be downright stupid to just get rid of him.

Players like Jesse and Ante played with more heart and love for their club than anyone else on the field for the Fire, combined tonight. And this isn't a new or uncommon occurance.

To unceremoniously cut them loose is extremely shortsighted. I'm sure if you looked at the situation logically and with some time past, you'll feel less angry.

He is an idiot for what he did though. That cannot be denied.

Yeah, let's get rid of our top scorer!! He has passion for the game, we don't want that!!

We want guys who don't care that they're about to see all the work they've done during the season come to an end for nothing!! Our players should be fine with that!! Ante lost his temper for a moment, kick him off the team!!

You people are retarded. He lost his temper and did something none of us are proud of. But come on, kick him off the team? He's a fiery player.

Dema's done stuff like that, he's still on the team.
Boca's done stuff like that, he's still on the team.
CJ's done stuff like that, he's still on the team.
Jesse's done stuff like that, he's still on the team.
Why the hell should Ante be any different.

I'm not saying we should encourage this kind of behavior, but give the guy a break, and be thankful that we have someone who can score goals and not miss half the season or more due to injury.

I also think he is a pussie. He doesn't try out there, he's not aggressive, he may be our top scorer but he screws up so many easy goals or assists. I still think we could have better players than Razov. Oh yeah, he has no class.

So you'd rather have a player who DOESN'T score as much but misses less?

...or a player who DOESN'T stick up for his team and teammates?

...or a player who is so ridiculously aggressive (see: Diallo, Serna) that we lose them consistently for foul accumulation?

Oh, ok. I see your point.

It looked like he was trying to squash a bug on Heaps' thigh.

It was pretty bad......definitely uncalled for.

Remember the columbus match where he seperated his shoulder? He went out and still worked his ass off to get some goals before Bob decided to take him out. How about playing with an injured shoulder through 4 games? How about scoring the only 2 goals we had during the playoffs? The guy tried to play with a seperated f-cking shoulder!! How much more trying do you want??

Screws up so many easy goals? What the hell. Name three.

Yeah, we could have better players. We could have Owen, or Ronaldo, or Inzaghi. But you know what? I like Ante.

Too many people give Ante too hard of a time for no real reason. He's had bad games, and its frustrating as hell when he does. He's made mistakes, like the foul on heaps today. But he works his ass off for the Fire, and we wouldn't have even been if the playoffs if not for his goals. In 60 years, when people look back on the Fire, they won't talk about jamar. They won't talk about vaudrille. But Ante will be one of the ones they do talk about. Why? Because he's been our number 1 goal scorer nearly every year.

You know, I seem to remember a few years ago, against Kansas City in the year 2001. I can't remember who it was. Oh, I remember, it was Nowak. Let's see, on a breakaway going into the box. The goalie comes out and takes the ball from him, or maybe a defender steals it and the goalie picks it up. Then as he's walking back, he stomps on KC's goalie's foot and gets a red card.

That's rediculous! He lost his temper! He messes up too many passes and doesn't do enough on defense! Let's forget all the good things he's done and kick him off the team right now! There are better players then him!

OK, I overreacted. But I still think he didn't hustle as much as he could had for most of the season.

Ante is the one that is going to feel like hell in the morning.

He is huge to your team..but something is off...definitley wrong. almost like he isn't in sinc with the team...and I can picture that...he just doens't look happy.

When you are out of the game that early on...frustration like his is something other than the game at hand. It's not his nature in general to be a big ahole...is it?

Heck, who wants to play with Stoich, and the hacks...he is probably sick of it. I'm dissapointed. Razov is such a talented player, and stupidity seperates the great from the good.

Yes Ante does get a rush of blood to the head a little more often than others, but he still scores the most goals for us and he still has a big heart for the team. I dont care if he loses his mind too much as long as he doesnt lose his heart.

Stupid move indeed, but if we're going to cut Razov for his temper, we might as well just cut the rest of the team.

Ante gets injured and he does miss a lot of chances and he does some silly stupid things like tonight but until the fire can find someone who can consistently put the ball in the net, we have to keep him.
