tiro libre lat in the half for T & T. Dangerous spot. YEdlin got somebody. (Is that announcer calling him "Jerry Jones"?) Timmy handles the low fk. And its halftime.

Are we afraid to attack with speed? Johnson is the only one who receives the ball and looks to push forward with pace

Jones had a chance to go 1 on 1 on the left and he slows it up and makes the back pass. Does Jurgen demand 5 back passes for every forward pass?

They've played much better than this together. Both- just not good enough.

Jozy is playing his usual self, Zardes is the one that is having a stinker of game, that is two in a row for him.

They look more dangerous in the attacking third, but that about it. Unfortunately, that's a pretty important it.

So, if this match ends in a draw, does Klinsmann stay?

Klinsmann's plan is working - make sure he keeps his job by putting Gulati to sleep.

Aside from Yedlin, we don't really seem to have elite level athletes either.

Exactly. Been like this for over 2 years.. But JK thinks we will suddenly "get it"... Worst possible system for our player pool. We don't have the creativity or the skill to do anything this way in the opponents 3rd. Its glaringly obvious to anyone...

When you whiff on a clear header from six yards, you don't get to count that as a "chance"

Zardes and Yedlin, the two young players that have been really incorporated, are just not good enough.

Jones and Bradley are pretty lifeless in the midfield.

Our fullbacks, both of which are fullback/CB hybrids, are complete non threats to overlap.

    Sigh.

Hopefully we hang on until some subs invigorate us...Wood, Nagbe, Morris, Mix...we need something else out there.
