Or keep his hand in good shape and buy him from Arsenal when the time comes because he's the best keeper we've had at Roma in my lifetime.
It is official - Szczecny will start. FORMACIÓN OFICIAL ROMA vs BATE: (4-3-3) Szczesny; Florenzi, Manolas, De Rossi, Digne; Pjanic, Nainggolan, Vainqueur; Salah, Gervinho, Iturbe— AS ROMA (@NoticiASRoma) September 29, 2015
I wouldn't mind them trying to get Bradley on loan in the winter for backup... Knows the language, knows Seire A and knows Roma
I was really pessimistic before this game and pessimistic of Barca getting a positive result against Bayer but Schzeny changed all that today. Welcome back
Not sure what this has to do with anything. I'm not suggesting they bring him back but he is more than fine as a reserve. He knows the league and the team and since MLS league would be finished it would be cheap loan and a win-win for Toronto and Roma. Again, not suggesting he's back to stay or even play, just a very cheap loan who is familiar with the league and team
I have a bad feeling about this game. With the squad we're going to roll with makes me not confident at all. MDS and Iturbe starting makes me cringe. Vainqueur did look solid over the weekend but hes not match fit for 90 mins, let alone 90 mins CL footy, and has not had any time to gel in the midfield. If Ninja has another poor performance, the midfield could be non existent. Plus these CL minnows at home are tough as rocks. They play in front of their fired up crowd and play physical as hell.

Common Iturbe you useless tool, there isn't any better time or chance to prove yourself other than today. I really do hope he gives us hope of him becoming a useful player. Prove us all wrong!
If we have ambitions of getting out of this group then we win this game, simple as that. Anything less is not good enough. Great to have Szczesny back. I doubt he would be risked in any way, so his inclusion tells me he is 100% recovered.
And that one, or both, of Iturbe or Salah are sprinting into the box to clean up all the dangerous loose balls Gervinho's runs always create.
I know literally nothing about Belarus except that that's where former Barcelona/Arsenal player Alexander Hleb is from.
