Betting sites have good quality live streams for Serie A(and many other leagues like Spain, Germany, France etc). I use bet365 to watch Roma games if they are not on BtSport here in the UK. All streams are available on the betting sites if you have at least $0.01 in the account which is nothing really.
BeIN does have pretty decent live streaming on their website but, frustratingly, does not have replays. As far as a replay, that's a good question since BeIN isn't showing it on TV until tomorrow at 5pm.
