    Shocking results at the group A…
    Netherlands lost the game at home vs Iceland.
    Turkey vs Latvia ended dramatic late additional goal by Latvia.1-1
    For sure Turkey lost huge point for the 3spot race .

    This sunday is Game of the Group. A Final type game…
    Turkey vs Netherlands.
    Netherlands lost Sneijder for yellow card suspension. Martins Indi for the Red card.
    and,recent reports says Robben injury at the Iceland game first half,could be serious and could be out of action vs Turkey.

    Some of You remember the first game of Netherlands vs Turkey ? 1-1 ended,Netherlands find the goal at the last minute of the game.

    I really wonder what will gonna be this time at home field of the Turkey .
    A draw could be very useful for Netherlands. a possible win could be huge huge advance for the 3spot.
    A possible Turkey win will take Turks to the 3.spot with 2 points front.

    Currently :

    3.Netherlands; 10 points
    4.Turkey: 9 points…

    Its a last 3 final game of the group race.
    Turkey future looks more difficult from now on. of course home advance is huge,but,the opponents are tuff matchup currently.
    VS Netherlands at home..
    @Czech
    vs Iceland...

    Netherlands next 3 final game;
    @turkey
    @Kazakhstan
    vs Czech Republic….

    Table currently:
    1.Iceland 18points
    2.Czech R. 16points
    3.Netherlands 10 points
    4.Turkey 9 points...

    Whats Your predict :) ?

    Well yes they were pissed because when players got injured on international duty they used to get zero compensation. A quick google search says that g14 disbanded when they got all football clubs the right to compensation if players got injured on international duty. A fair cause since they pay so much.

    the cup winners cup was done away with in 99 before the g14 ever appeared?

    I have never heard of the g14 doing what you claim. If you can provide some links to back up what you're saying then please do so.
    I just think that if this was as close as you think then there would have been much more talk about it back then. Its not something I can remember being a serious issue but I could be wrong!

    The Turks really poor at the finishing. <>final decisions at the goal zone are weak…. If they can success at the finishing, They could find few goals in this type game(vs Latvia,etc).
    They had 25 attempts and lots of them on target,but,can't send in the ball..only one time they did and get the goal,..
    and than handle very poor last minutes as a team defensive duty.
    Latvia once again punish them a de-ja-vu of the 2004 playoff vs Latvia,..

    The Turks had poor last period of the game as they did @Netherlands home,..0-1 lead and than poor defense handle,1-1 over.

    Today same happened. 1-0 lead and than 1-1

    I am not sure are they gonna make it or not…
    The Netherlands will play easy for the draw single point. This could help to stay at the 3.spot.

    The Turk must win the game for the 3.spot.period.

    the weird is; in general table in the group A; Netherland lost 3 game in this group. Turkey lost 2 game. yet Netherlands at the advance seat vs Turkey.

    Anyway. Its gonna be joyful or dramatic sunday night at the Turkey Konya Arena.

    :)

    Regards,

    If they can find the free kick. :)
    Turkey can score the goal,but the final result not going their way. They don't make good finishing ratio% in term of the statistic; shots on and off targets in every single game.

    vS Netherlands. They could find a goal as they find at away game too. But, will they gonna defense a clean sheet?
    Thats a huge doubt I guess. dead ball sets,,counterattacks are the weak part of the Turkey NT current view.

    Of course,they have advance, I mean,home crowd,,field,and opponent will be without 3 key star.

    I can't say Turkey can win the game. The defensive duty of the entire team is not strong or balanced. The defense back four is weak too. If they score 1 goal, Will they gonna defend clean sheet?
    they can't defend clean sheet vs LAtvia,.I don't think they could do vs Netherlands.

    We'll see whats gonna be in the final result. :)

    I think its over for Turkey.Tonight game were the huge chance to catch and go front bs Netherlands in the 3.spot race.Turkey lost the race.

    A miracle need what they wish .

    Regards,

    Some Rangers fans qeued up outside of court today to have a go at their former owner Craig Whyte. Comedy gold from a Celtic fan's perspective.

    When he took over the writing was on the wall but he claimed he would be the saviour. He bled them dry and turned out to be a fraud. The other owner was called green.

    Celtic fans had a great laugh at the two owners being called white and green. They became know as agent white and green.

    Couldn't have happened to a nicer club.

    Pretty much.

    Under David Murray Rangers accrued up massive debts as they spent well beyond their means. The club's debt meant that it could be bought for a minimal fee as Murray wanted rid of the situation. Craig Whyte bought the club for £1, seeing a huge club like Rangers (still regularly getting 45k+ home crowds) as still having enough financial potential if they won the pending tax case against them. He was an opportunist, he hoped to make a quick buck from Rangers as he believed the situation wasn't as dire as portrayed when in fact it was actually worse. Under him the club entered administration and then was liquidated. This put them down to Division 3 of Scottish football. Many Rangers fans blame him for Rangers ending up in basically semi-pro football for a spell. Reality is that Whyte inherited the mess (knowingly) and tried to make some financial gain from it but he completely misjudged it and was in well beyond his depth. Also worth noting that the Scottish media portrayed Whyte as some financial saviour of Rangers during a dire time for them (basically a last hope at the time) and it quickly became obvious he wasn't. That added to the anger of Rangers fans.

    Sir David Murray is the one to blame but Murray put a lot of his own money into Rangers (and had previously wrote off a significant amount of debt in previous years), won the 9 in a row league titles under him whilst bringing in some real international quality players - the good times he brought shadows the left he mess.

    After liquidation, Rangers were then mostly run for a year by Charles Green, another man who the media built up and he made grand statements about his ambition for the club, when in reality he was the same type of character as Whyte.

    Both have been in court this week over the alleged fraudulent acuisition of Rangers in 2012 and subsequent administration and liquidation.

    Celtic fans joke that (as La Magica said, that Craig Whyte was some undercover Celtic fan who bought Rangers to kill them off). Led to many funny and memorable pics.

    I forgot to add, probably the best pic of them all regarding Rangers dying. After Rangers' liquidation, Celtic fans starting referring to the Rangers newco as the Zombies (club risen from the dead), the evolution of man in this pic reverting back to Rangers and then the rise of the Zombies from the grave. Still makes me laugh after three years.

    Didnt he cheat on taxes etc. The reason why he could afford to bring in great players. Their 9 in a row was build on fraud as well.

    They did that in the 90's. This collapse didn't happen until recently but the books had been cooked and covered up for years. The question is how did it go on for so long and I believe their is strong evidence based on the religious side of the fence for Rangers and many of the high ranking Scottish FA personal colluding togethe. Very murky business.

    Yeah, they, the club used offshore trusts(EBTs) to pay players without paying income tax. Last I heard of it was no one was quite sure whether it was legal, despite the obvious ethical issue.
