I can understand that. But when the dust settles, we'll either have De Gea or Navas for this season. We are in good shape at that spot.
Feel bad for Navas , being benched for a season due to reasons other than footballing ones , then being treated as dirt bag making him know that he would be sold off ( now or prolly next year ) . Difficult to have motivation / hunger in such a scenario , just hope he goes on to have a beast season . Same issues every season - drama with goalkeepers , no backup striker and add to this no depth at LB . Here's to hoping the team stays hungry and most importantly injury free .
Lulz no. Not for De Gea... especially when Navas is a great keeper. I love this. From the beginning I wanted to get De Gea for free and wanted to give Navas a year. It seems "circumstances" has prevented Perez from being wasteful. I thank Manchester and "circumstance" for that lol. Now we can get De Gea for free and sell Navas next summer after hopefully a great season for his real market price. For me this is a win. I'm sure Navas will continue his high form and it won't be our duty to get De Gea back in form, that will be Manchester's problem along with Romero.
Sacking Carlo was the right decision. I'm sure if ke stayed here one of our players would have died from exhaustion. He was horrible his last year here, getting his ass handed to him by Patetico repeatedly. If Perez somehow feels he's at fault for the DDG transfer failure, he will step down rather than allow anyone to point a finger at him imo. But there's no one better to replace him, there's no one even brave enough to challenge him. DDG deal has it's positives. We can sign him for FREE while we have a very good GK till then.
The deadline for CL roster registration, I believe, is today. If both clubs fight the Spanish FA over the decision, they must do it quick. Navas is staying, I think. Page 40. http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles.../Regulations/02/23/57/51/2235751_DOWNLOAD.pdf
UK media is saying RM uploaded the transfer docs into Transfer Matching System in the wrong format meaning they could not be opened. .doc fail
Florentino has changed the rules so that its almost impossible for anyone to run against him. Even before the rule changes, no one ran against him in 2013. A botched DDG transfer isn't going to force him to step down . We're fine. We have a great GK in Navas and don't need DDG this season. I won't lie though, I was a proponent of DDG coming this year from a purely selfish point of view. I think he is a great GK and wanted him in white asap. Other than that, I had no doubt we'd be more than ok with the team we have now. Navas is a professional and has a lot to play for this season with teams looking to sign him next summer. I feel for DDG because LVG is a cnt and can very well bench him for the season. He just needs to hang tight. He'll be home in a year. I'm more disturbed over the fact that we don't have a backup LB or striker.
Yeah I'm on team really hoping this transfer doesn't go through. Navas deserves and is fully capable of being our #1 this year, while LVG continuing to bench DDG will make for some hilarious drama in Manchester, and of course we saving dat $$$ hopefully to sign the best striker and best LB of Euro 2016.
We've used this trick with professors who asked us to upload our works in the universities servers. We would upload a corrupt file with the proper name and when he tried to open it nothing would happen. That gave us a day or two more to work on it and we would just re-upload it later. Maybe the club is trying to do the same lol . If the file was sent though, there's no reason to disallow the transfer due to a wrong FORMAT. After all, most modern office software open most of the formats.

Looks like we're gonna have to fire our fax machine . Put it on the transfer list - "for sale. One fax machine 1985 model. In almost perfect working order. Reliable, been in continuous use for last thirty years and only late once. Slight punch and kick marks to front and side, otherwise in mint condition".
Okay, so I just had a chance to read back through the last 10 pages... I cannot believe that these muppety Mancs are in here trying to troll about Madrid bungling anything up or looking ridiculous. You lot and your club are the real clowns that the whole world is laughing at. Here are just a few examples of deadline day screw ups... Spot the common denominator... *hint, hint* *United* *Woodward*... 1. United fecked up Ander Herrera's transfer right before deadline day of summer transfer window 2013-14. They then claimed that the people they sent to Bilbao for the negotiations were "imposters". They also then signed Fellaini for 27m pounds to make up for not getting Herrera in that transfer window. 2. United fecked up a possible transfer for Coentrao in 2013-14 as Ed Woodward bungled yet another deal after bungling a potential transfer for Herrera. They then have to sign Luke Shaw, a 19 year old English fatty, @35m pounds and paying him wages in excess of 100k+ pounds per week the following summer. In the meanwhile, Coentrao is part of a squad that won a historically important 10th Champions League trophy and then gets a move to PSG where he joins Di Maria, who joins and leaves United after just one year and at a 15m pound loss. 3. United pay 80m Euros for a 19 year old kid, Martial, on deadline day because they've failed to get any other decent forwards (bargaining for Pedro, lmao) and the kids they have trained/developed are shite. 4. United sent the necessary paperwork for De Gea's transfer at 11:59 pm, bungling up yet another deadline day deal. Madrid has Navas and Casilla, two players who will give blood, sweat and tears for this club. It will also get De Gea for free next summer. We win either way. United, on the other hand, have fecked around with De Gea and Valdes, and have Sergio Ramos Romero in goal. And yet these petty Mancs are in here calling us clowns and acting like Madrd has fecked up? You honestly can't make this up, lmao. Here's another newsflash for the Mancs... United isn't the most hated club because it's successful. Madrid is much more successful than United is or ever could be and isn't disliked as much as y'all are. It's hated because your club and its management/players/fans are mostly daft, delusional, idiotic, numpties, and a lot of you Mancs are much worse than Liverpool or City fans. Also, a lot of y'all seem to think there is a pissing/trolling contest on between the two clubs. IMO, that contest only exists in the minds of delusional Mancs because everyone else and their mothers know that Madrid is #1. PS: Apologies to my fellow Madridistas for the wall of text. I just had to get that out of my system.
28mins past and we had 5-6 hours to get it in before that, obviously we had second doubts and decided it best not to go through with the deal.
One thing I know for sure is: Man Utd better be ready to pay a world record transfer fee for Ronaldo when he inevitably reaches the final year of his contract. I heard they are filthy rich now! Otherwise we do what Barca did with Pedro and send him to the highest bidding Oil club. Tbh, Ronaldo doesn't even care for them anymore. But they can always make a fool of themselves and give us some good lulz.
Ballavue works for AS, I doubt the club was leaking to him or his organisation. Will wait to see what the club say in the record. Funny situation though. Both clubs deserve to be trolled hard.
Ha-ha! Good one. Btw, I've read your posts in the United forum and you seem like a nice/sensible/normal fan. So, don't take personal offence at my rant. That was aimed at the delusional ones. Banter and even wumming is totally fine, but some of them just do my head in with the things they believe and say.
I think its fairly possible that De Gea signs a contract extension with them now. Van Gaal can tell him pretty much you sign a contract or I keep you on the stands for the season. And its the Euro in the summer, so...
Gotta love how the clowns at Manchester wanna blame us for Di Maria turning out terribad for them and overpaying. It's not our fault those muppets dunno how to deploy a World class winger coming off his best season. Falcao was a pretty bad transfer for them too. From now on we should call them "Midas Manure". Because everything they touch turns to sh!t. [emoji14] On the other hand, we take Chicharito and the dude revitalizes his career.
