I have cable but while I get NBCSN, ESPN, and FS1, those fools at comcast won't add FS2 or put BEIN in HD and BEIN Spanish which is in HD isn't on the sports entertainment package. So since the season is starting and I don't want to miss out on all the amazing things Messi and Ronaldo do every week anymore or anything else, I got FUBO Tv. After one day I can't recommend it enough. There was no buffering problems at all apart from one time during the Atletico Madrid game which was easily fixed by refreshing. The picture never pixelated, it was crystal clear HD. Now the only thing missing I don't have is FS2 but FUBO have Univision Deportes which shows all the CONCACAF events that Fox put on FS2. Apart from that it seems Fubo are adding DVR and Connect which is amazing considering the price of 6.99!! The one thing that would top it off is a Xbox app but apart from that if you have troubles getting BEIN on your cable or sat or you just plain cut the cord, Fubo TV is definitely for you.
I subscribe to Fubo (even though I have all the channels except GolTV in HD -- and I get Benfica games through NGSN). It's generally good, but sometimes it crashes out completely. On Friday during the day, for example, neither of the beIN channels worked on the iPhone (either through the app or through mobile safari or chrome) but they worked ok on the iPad. That's just an example. It's not 100% stable. When it does work, I find the video quality for the beIN channels to be superior to beIN connect.
Fubo Tv is getting really , really tempting as the years go by. So are SlingTV and Sling International. By the end of the decade I may just cut the cord if this keeps up.
The only thing keeping me from getting fubo tv is that it doesnt offer bein connect. If they get connect I will for sure get it.
Now I see El Rey on fubo. I know they used to show Pumas games in English (do they still?) but I'm otherwise unaware of any football on that channel. Odd choice.
Are any of the new stations on Fubo working on anyone's Roku? When I hit play it just returns the play screen. It works on my phone but not my Roku.
As a cable subscriber you want NBC to have the EPL and Fox to have the UCL because of quality butvas a cordcutter its a nightmare. Comcast will never allow any of its properties to be available to cordcutters and Fox is just being pants on head retarded for some reason by insisting to have nothing available on tv devices like roku for cordcutters. Maybe Rupert is too senile to realize Americans do in fact have faster internet speeds than his native Oz so we can watch streams. I can understand Nbc/comcasts uncompetitive decision but not Fox's.
DAK77, danoli and anyone else that may be having problems with the Roku Fubo channel, I had the same issue and contacted them and they suggested I reload the channel using the following link. I did and now all channels including the new Univision ones and the GOL TV ones are all working fine. Give it a try and see if it works for you as well. https://my.roku.com/account/add?channel=ND6G92
I just got a message from the support team at Fubo and they said that they are still working the bugs out with the Univision products and they didn't expect them to be fully functional for another few days. Support provided me with a link which I'm sure is the same one that was provided by tideman above to be able to watch GolTV. Not sure why they would put the Univision products on Roku if they are not fully functional and not tell anyone that they are still working on them.
Yeah, they mentioned the same thing to me that the Univision channels may take a few days but after loading the channel with the new link they are all working fine on my Roku.
