Incidentally, the Eurosport tweaking is particularly useful for the CL and other international tournaments, since different countries can prioritise different matches.

A loss against the technical retarded USA is not accetable, Neid should step down.

Neid will fullfill the last year of her contract with a smile. She earns 700.000 € per year.

She's ruined her possible legacy in her teams recent tournaments, but losing to that U.S. team, is a really poor indictment of German leadership on the women's side of the game.

On the back of 3 consecutive U-20 finals, winning two, while the one which lost it's final probably been the best U-20 side we've ever seen; I find it ridiculous to see how Neid's been allowed to throw all that out of the window, with nobody asking serious questions about what's going on...

So who's more retarded in this scenario..? The wnt which recognises it's own mediocrity, and reverts to it's same old strengths... or is it the rejuvenated wnt which throws away it's identity, trying to do things which have truly never worked for them previously..? It's now down to the DFB, to show how unacceptable much of this really is.

The problem I see is that I think Jones is more of a Völler than a Klinsmann solution at coach. If you know what I mean..... :(

But what about the coaches....? With her lack of anything in the world of coaching, I honestly see Jones as nothing more than a short term figure head, so wouldn't the other coaches have more of a say now...?

If that's a possibility, we may finally see the senior side once again closer reflect the ideas of a DFB collective, rather than the individual persona like everybody's been witnessing under Neid....:cautious:
My god.... Did it really need this to happen, before the truth would finally be said...:speechless:

Germany's senior team really need to use this tournament as a springboard towards it's post Neid future.

Sounds like Wolfsburg coach Ralf Kellermann is interested in coaching " a " NT in the next years. Maybe 2019 or if Steffi Jones really messes it up, in 2017 :whistling:

He'll have to stand in line behind MVT though. She was first. :p

Kellermann actually said some more interesting things. But people like to focus on him criticizing tactics and taking over one day.
He mentions that the missed pen and the refs mistakes were also responsible for Germanys loss, even though the US deserved to go to the final.
Plus, he's talking about the influence of the turf. Players who like run with the ball at their feet (i.e. Goeßling) had problems controlling the ball. Which also might explain Marta's and Bachmann's less than stellar tournaments.
He thinks Japan and France are the best teams right now tactically. I think it shows the disdain in Europe for Northamerican soccer, when the US, wo will probably win the WC, isn't even mentioned.

I wonder, doesnt matter how this ends, if they will say again after the game that they think they played a good game.

Cowards need to do something after this...

Three horrible 0-0 performances in a row, where Neid hasn't done anything to show her worth as a tactician. Yeah, well done Germany, everything's fine with Neid running the show...

Germany doesn't seem interested in winning this match as England does.

Popp comes on, Germany still play the same 4-4-2 formation, but now with Leupolz and Däbritz in CM....

Yeah.. OK, I'm done here. Neid's a joke!
