Well id rather lloris in goal of ddg leaves than buying pogba or bale. Both ridiculously overrated players
Just hoping that the De Gea saga doesn't get dragged on throughout the summer until the end and he still leaves. Rather Woody and co get this sorted out early while we still have a shot at Cech (pretty sure Chelsea, out of respect, will let him choose his destination even if he stays in the EPL and I think we have a good chance before he signs for Arsenal).
Hopefully, once the transfer window opens on July 1st we'll get a clear idea of what will happen with De Gea's. If this drags on all summer long and he does end up leaving, it could be a serious blow to our chances of signing a replacement. That's why I always maintain that he doesn't owe the club anything, except for this to be resolved quickly one way or another, so that the club has a chance to plan accordingly should he decide to leave...
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...not-leaving-real-madrid-for-manchester-united Benz's agent right on cue denying having any meeting with Woodward. Does make you wonder who's lying in this instance because if United did meet with Benzema's agent without Real knowing, technically, it would be tampering...
Coming off his line was never Cech's problem; DeGea isn't incredibly quick off his line either, you know - his strength is is his uncanny shot stopping. Neither of them are Neuer or Lloris.
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...out-after-dani-alves-reveals-offer-from-italy Another legitimate offer for Alves? Perhaps, but I'm thinking more games from Alves trying to force Barca's hands to get him the contract he wants.
DDG has improved off the line this season. Lloris is incredibly quick off his line. Why do you think Lloris will cost less than 40m?
Because no keeper has gone for that much, and Lloris is clearly not the best in the game. He's also not that young - 28 already, will be 29 early next season. Considering Cech wont' be 34 until May, there's actually not that much of a difference between them in age as you'd think.
Levy knows we need a new keeper and Lloris is probably our number 1/2 option. I can see him holding out for something monumental.
Handanovic from Inter or Oblak (Atletico) among others options that United can look to, if they miss out on guys like Lloris or Cech.
They are both from my country and the newest consensus it that Oblak is better even though he's way younger.
Oblak definitely looks like he's taken his game to a whole new level this season : maybe it's the inspiration of living up to the guys who preceded him. He's without a doubt one of my favorite "outsiders" pick to replace De Gea if it comes to that. Didn't know he was just in his early 20s : looked like a much older veteran everytime I've seen him. Makes him that much more interesting and appealing in my book...
I've only become familiar with him this season watching him at Atletico. Don't get to watch Portuguese league games here... But like I said, I was impressed just about everytime I got to see him.
Oblak would be the logical choice for you but he isn't the most loyal of guys Tried leaving Benfica before and was sent to the B squad for his actions and after the Europa league final Benfica sold him for a lot of money so I can't see atletico sell for less then 40m£ Esp considering Benfica own 20% of his rights
He's quite loyal, but Benfica treated him like sh**. He was shifted all around the league for 2-3 seasons prior to his breakthrough season and they didn't really care about him so he naturally wanted to leave. He only succeeded due to his patience to wait because he didn't get a chance to play until first 2 keepers got injured. And after that season Atletico activated his clause so he left.
