I'm not a soccer fan. but I'm trying to research a ball i found at a goodwill. its from a team called "new orleans storm" only thing ive found out about the team is they shut it down in 1999. this ball that i found for 99 cents is filled with autographs and ive researched and researched. i can not find a roster listing at all. Greetings. I played soccer growing up. I've been doing some traveling in Latin America, so as you can imagine my once dead interest in soccer has picked back up. One of the reasons I'm here will be to try and obtain some information on Mexico other countries in Latin America. I'd like to find out some of the rules, costs, and regulations for the lower divisions. If foreigners are allowed to own an operate a club, that's something I'd like to explore.
