WTH man. I'm a guy that in the past has defended the work and necessity of Cam Weaver (that's Cam fkn Weaver) and all of sudden we killed these forums. I've already said that if we WIN the 2014 MLS Cup I will be the first one to come on here and praise your foresight, but if the current roster stands and we don't make the playoffs or bow out in the first round because we slotted 5th (my predictions) then you have to come in here and do the same. As it stands, I see a slow start followed by summer moves to try to get back in the race (not much different than other years) but I don't believe that making up points in the fall is doable in the 2014 version of MLS. My biggest concern the CBs. Taylor hasn't practiced or staring running and were 19 days from opening day. Horst, Brunner, Arena and AJ had a total of 1,000 MLS minutes put together in 2013. Arena now has a knock on the head, AJ is a rookie and Horst is coming of an injury in 2013 that limited him to 200 minutes. That's not me being emotional, that's me breaking sht down and noticing we have questions at CB. I wouldn't be that worried if we had Rico and Warren together but we don't have Warren (he started running a couple days ago). We're also delicately thin at LB and RB. Currently Mike Chabala is the back up at both positions (if the preseason is to be believed) since both Warren and Arena are unavailable. Dom has even moved Ownby from forward to cover the back position.
Lets all settle down folks. Remember in MLS it's not whether you win or lose but how many gay people were offended at the game.
After a fashion. I forget what it's called in spanish ( uh @*rey* ?) but it's a gentleman's agreement that limits player movement and helps depress salaries some. They still pay way more but they also have tons more revenue. But that's neither here nor there. As for this topic...my thought is can the season start already?

Then I failed because I was trying to go more @OneTerryHurlock than @aeslehcevuj with my criticism. You know where my heart lies when it comes to this club. I want the team to win trophies, look good while winning, be part of the community and be financially stable. Everything else; dance teams, twitter accounts, 2nd place, concessions don't matter.

Part of the entertainment and enjoyment HD Big Soccer brings is the ability to get into interesting conversations and sometimes people with opposite biases result in the best conversations. When people start to write long winded, illogical, and impeachable manifestos like juvechelsea used to, I get irritated. Juvechelsea is the only guy I have ever blocked / ignored on BS. Perusing / participating in BS became much more enjoyable after blocking him when he was in that dark, confused period of his life.

I just wanted to add the late 80's early 90's Houston Oilers had a string of soul crushing disappointments that is tough to match.
