Good news. I'd imagine FOX Deportes will look a lot better on a tablet than it does on my TV in SD. http://awfulannouncing.com/2015/fox-sports-go-coming-directv.html @32flags We recently reached an agreement with FOX to give our customers access to their apps. FOX Sports Go will be available very soon.— DIRECTV Help (@DIRECTVhelp) January 24, 2015
I have to say Direct TV has been stepping it up the last few months on digital platforms. WatchESPN and now Fox Sports Go.
Rate hike sucks! It's ridiculous that they don't want to keep loyal customers. With so many cutting cords you think they'd lower rates to keep customers.
Just got the watch ESPN and Fox apps and nowhere can I choose directv as my provider to access the apps.
They are not active yet. No official date announced but talk is of "early 2015".... SA www.soccertvblog.com
If you are an on time paying, long term customer, discounts are a phone call away. Just speak with someone in retention. Being off contract helps.
I called on Friday to drop the $4.99 HD extra pack, they're always offering it for free for 3 months. I had signed up, but forgot when the 3 months was up. The lady on the phone was like thanks for being a long time customer, are you looking to lower your bill today, I said sure, so she took $10 a month off my account, I then asked if it was possible to get beIN Sports as its own channel one day because I'm paying for the Sports Pack just for beIN Sports. She said she can't comment on the future, but felt bad that I'm paying that much for 1 channel so she took $5 off from the sports pack for 6 months. So for the next 6 months she took $15 off my account. She said to call back in 6 months to see if they can do anything else.
I talked to regular customer service. I had called just to cancel the HD Extra Pack. She offered the discounts.
Though so stinks FSPlus isn't on there. I don't get why that channel even exists. Too expensive for a non HD stand alone channel.
