    Really good result, that one. We seem to tough them out now and still find time to put the opposition under pressure. I won't shout it yet, but have a little whispering voice, that says 'Europe, here we come.' I hope to start shouting it, by the end of December. COYI. :)

    So good to get that win. May have been ugly but this was probably the right game to play that way, given Newcastle's recent form and our own injury situation. Seems like Valencia will be fit to at least make the bench against West Brom, although Noble is doubtful with another blow on the calf.

    I would like to see Zarate given time from the off against the Baggies rather than coming off the bench, I think he has earned that chance with his performances in the last 2 games. However I won't be holding my breath where BFS is concerned. What do you guys think? Reid back? Be tough on whoever drops out, unless Sam plays 3 centre backs again.

    Also like to say welcome back to Norway too.
