    Ah, 9:30pm start times.

This has to be the game to break the funk.

Erick Torres is out due to +1 red card suspension / nat'l team callup. We'll have a full week of rest, but are traveling cross-country from NY to LA.

Really this isn't a 'must win' in the sense that a loss doesn't kill us. But mentally, emotionally, and with Torres out, this is must win

Is Zusi still available? Yellow against, NE and RB?

Those were his first two yellows of the season, so he's fine. Still needs three more before he's out for suspension.

this could either be the slumpbuster or it could be our rock bottom.

Sinovic, Juliao, Nagamura, and Olum are all one card away from suspension, though.

Chivas...2 goals in the last 8 games. Have been shut out 7 of the last 8 games. They don't have their top goal scorer.

And somehow I think SKC will need to score 4 to win.

I have to think we're going to go into this game with a chip on our shoulder. I have a feeling Chivas are going to be a whipping boy for our last three weeks.

If we don't get three points out of this, it's probably time to start panicking.

And their 2 goals came in 1 game.

I'm not panicked after the 4 game losing streak. I'm surprised it took this long to take place. However, if SKC tie or lose to Chivas, it officially becomes time to panic and look for big changes for next season. Either way, I think its clear that SKC has a very slim chance of going to the MLS championship game this year.

nah, history has shown that performance in the regular season isn't particularly relative to making mls cup. all you have to do is be in the playoffs.

I would normally agree with that statement all things being equal. But, with the injured players, loss of key personnel, and inconsistent play though rotating line ups....I will stick to my original statement. I do, however, hope I am wrong.

Completely agree with this. This could easily just be a case of "getting the cobwebs out of the system" before we make a strong playoff run. The playoffs don't care about how you looked two months ago.

When will we see Kronberg back in the starting 11?

Middle of this month at the earliest was the original prediction

Realistically then the best guess is Sept 26 at home vs. New England.

Nice to see vividox start a match thread since Sachsen and Buzz have been unlucky lately. Come on, vividox! Baby needs a new pair of shoes!

It's too bad Kronberg can't go for this one. Chivas wouldn't be a bad game to shake the rust off.

DC is kind of beat up right now. Rolfe has a broken arm. Johnson is recovering from a concussion. If Sporting can turn it back on......

Going to be out of town during the SKC/Chivas game. Anyone know of an online feed other than MLS live?

There is always (the illegal) first row.

If you're out of town, though, MLS Live isn't going to be blacked out.

MLS for a year costs roughly $25.00. I'll be purchasing my subscription tonight, as I am tired of trying to hunt for a reliable feed.

That's the price for just the rest of the year, the full season is not $25, but still completely worth it
