Klinsmann hates the obvious and the only sure thing about the man is you can't predict what he is going to do...

My prediction, because it is the most absurd, Guzan doesn't become our #1 keeper

    True, though that's more a given than a head-scratcher.

To actually become a better coach. If that happens maybe his team will play a better game.

Jurgen within 1 year from today will suit up a U.S. men's senior national team comprised of players who were not born in the United States of America not counting a military base. To which half the starters will have never set foot in the continental USA.

Guzan not being #1 is a pretty good guess. I just can't imagine that not happening.

    Great question.

If head scratcher = mistake, then I think the obvious one was the Landon omission.

If head scratcher = doesn't do what you'd expect HE would do, then I'd say his biggest head scratcher was right off the bat. JK set expectations publicly that we would be playing a more attacking style last cycle, that we would take the game to our opponents. Then he proceeded to line up with very defensive-minded midfield schemes. I tend to think of JK as generally pretty media savvy, and for the life of me I can't figure out why he would promise that up front when the pieces were not in place, nor the intent, to execute on it.

That will be a good one. At the rate is game is disappearing, JK may have to deal with it sooner rather than later.

Ill add my own.... Jozy Altadore. How long will JK stay with a CF that doesnt even get shots in most games?

TheHoustonHoyaFan - in a shocking move, JK will dump his long-time chauvinist, announcing that nealesk is "just a little bit ahead" of him.

JK will continue to use players at position only he believes to be the best. i.e Ream as a LCB instead of LB, Chandler as LB instead of RB, F. Johnson at RB instead of LM, Corona at ACM instead of staying in TJ eating tacos, Shea at LW instead of going to remedial soccer school. JK needs to think outside of the box, if he believes you are going to succeed, you are going to get your chances no matter hell or high water, this is so bad that he will even waive offside calls in practice so your confidence level doesn't take any more hits (Altidore).
