Thats really all I was looking for; confirmation from somebody that getting an extension was actually a thing. I've only ever heard of deals falling through because the paperwork didnt get submitted in time. I guess the necessary paperwork is in. Not clear to me why its being reported the way it is, but it doesnt help when the NBCSN reporters are saying, "... whatever that means..." in reference to the extension.
ArseBlog showing a tweet that falcao may have failed his medical. doesnt specify if it affects our deal. im hoping with welbeck trying to force it through we can complete it...but things are looking shaky for us. what a failure today has been.
Sky explained it pretty well. Teams have until 11 to turn in a deal sheet, which shows clear desire and progress from both clubs and the player to get the transfer done. They get 2 hours extra to then submit the necessary paperwork to make the deal official.
Those stats are shit Like in min per 48 in nba Paul millsap has been best power forward for past 5 yrs
Thats the danger with Wengers policy of waiting until the last minute. Last season if Bale somehow didnt pass his medical or whatever, we dont get Ozil. If Ozil had decided to fight for a place, same thing. I hope this isnt tied to the Falcao deal.
You know you done 'lost the plot' when Piers Morgan is calm and collected on twitter talking about how he thinks we're competitive.
Who is "alan Smith"? This is the guy saying Falcao failed his medical. 27k twitter followers, but he's apparently cool enough not to need a profile?
Is it the same Alan Smith who said Welbeck was done a couple hours back? If so, you may want to become a better Arsenal fan. Or were you being sarcastic?
Alan Smith, Arsenal legend and now commentator/pundit for Sky. You may recognize his voice as the color commentary on FIFA with Martin Tyler.
I honestly dont think Arsene rates a CDM for this team the same way we on this board think this team needs one.
its the reason why he doesnt want Balotelli taking penalties. i dont need a CDM, I need a big dude in the midfield. The midfield is open all the time. The match yesterday was a great example of that.
So as per James Cooper of SkySports: Man Utd have said that Falcao has NOT failed a medical. Trying to get the paperwork done.
