no, a lot fans support Cesc over the club. The man moved to a rival and you got fans still low key supporting im. We have multiple good players in Cesc's position. Its over. Fucc him and his crew. i dont care about the media rumors, I care about him playing at the Nou Camp knowing their was an inferno in his hamstring. And then that backheel. The man's a cvnt.
LOLLLLL yes I recall you mentioning that yep that was a horrible performance. Again I just want good players in multiple positions thats all. If no Cesc than others. Just happened that Cesc was available.
Troll level: Expert Daily Mail: Manchester United are not much worse than unbeaten Arsenal on current form http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-not-worse-unbeaten-Arsenal-current-form.html
Wtf are you on about? Cesc is a good player who played over 200 games for the club. He was available at a price which many thought reasonably represented his abilities. Is it really that hard to believe that many arsenal fans would want him back? If he went to barca for money or glory or love, does it really matter in the current evaluation of him? It's your opinion if you think his style wouldn't help the club, but that's your opinion and apparently the experiment will not be done. What is fact is that he has helped our rival take 9/9 point with this 10 chances created and his league leading 4 assists.
Commenting on key games featuring our key rivals for the title (Mancs, Chelski, Citeh) o a day where there is no Arsenal match? In the "Other Teams" thread no less? No way!!!!!!!!!!! Who'd have thunk it that such a thing is possible. I will give Cesc credit for this though-he helped Arteta acclimate with advice when he first arrived here, and he recommended the club to Sanchez.
This is a toothpick. It has as many points as Manchester United... pic.twitter.com/Tn6c8IPgzy— Not Match of the Day (@NOT_MOTD) August 31, 2014
Horrible challenge on Balotelli by Dier goes unpunished. Absolutely ridiculous, but Phil Dowd is incompetent. So...
Yes he is a good player who also turned his back on Arsenal when he was most needed to " join his DNA Club" He was at worst a passive participant in this 2 years destabilizing campaign by barfa and its minions and went on strike to force his way out. Now when he got his marching orders from Barcelona, he is supposed to come here as the prodigal son? Sorry, but thIS ship has sailed. Screw him and all the Mourinho lot over there.
We have Ozil and Santi, for better or for worse. Signing Cesc would have been stupid in light of the other major problem areas that need addressing (unless you really want a billion attack-minded creative midfielders). Shut up about Cesc... who gives a fcuk. Fcuk Chelsea and all their scum.
It's fine if fans want to hold grudges, I get it. But in the end of the day he was an employee and he got an offer at another company. If he manipulated his way to leave like he is accused, then it speaks to his character but it doesn't really matter to me bc he isn't payed to be honest or whatever. He only ever said good things about arsenal after leaving and perhaps aided us in the Sanchez deal. The club could have forced him to see out his contract but because clubs are so dependent financially on retaining value in contracts to keep wages low and to recover fees, the players have more leverage with respect to movement. He used the leverage to get what he wanted like most of us would have done as well. On the footballing side, we can agree to dissagree but after watching our games this season and Chelsea's I find it hard to argue that cesc would not have helped this squad and amount commensurate with the costs. One doesn't need to hate every single player for every other team in order to support the arsenal. Thanks for crawling out from under your rock just to troll me too. Very constructive.
Take it up with those fans then, Prince. I don't see anyone here supporting Cesc OVER our club. Anybody here feel that way? Raise you hand.... For the record - I don't support him personally. And he went to rival AFTER WE turned him down. I was one of the guys that was mad at Cesc for the strike and way he went. But as you like to go on and on about taking the emotion out of it - This is business, and IMO he would have made this team better. And another strawman you like to build is the Ramsey v Cesc Sophie's choice. As it turns out Cesc was turned down because Ozil- err sorry Cazorla- plays there. C'mon man...
I'm in complete agreement. I don't hate players who want to leave. I had my heart broken by the 92 Pirates when they lost Bobby Bonilla, Barry Bonds and Doug Drabek in two years. But, I've learned that it happens. But, I don't want to bring them back. I don't hate Cesc for having left -- we all knew he was going to leave -- and I don't really consider van Persie to be some sort of Judas (though I do wonder why Wenger would have sold him to a rival), but that doesn't mean I ever want them back. But then, I didn't want Henry back, or even Sol in his little cameo...
