If anyone needs to laugh this morning, please read the comments section in the Guardian after the MU game. Pure hilarity guaranteed..... http://www.theguardian.com/football...nchester-united-capital-one-cup?commentpage=2
Le'ts please slow down the " Recall Afobe " movement. He still has a lot to prove I know he scored 2 goals last night, but he was only playing LVG' s Manchester United....

Van Gaal probably sabatoged the match in order to squeeze more $$$$ out of the Glazers for last minute transfers.
Quick question about LVG...can someone explain why he hails from a country that 80 percent can speak English, has had a job which requires interacting with international media and players, yet can barely utter a complete sentence in English? Does he sound as mentally challenged in Dutch?
He's probably more comfortable without the cameras. I wouldn't want to do interviews in a second (or third, etc.) language ... especially if I knew everyone out there was just waiting for the chance to hang me with my own words. frankly, but if I were doing the interviews he's doing, coming off those performances, I'd probably sound just as tentative ... and I speak English fluently.
I might be sensitive to the issue, but I find it puzzling that you are criticizing a person because he can't speak 2 languages perfectly. Some people aren't as capable of learning as effectively or efficiently as others, and he might be one of them.
I'm not criticizing him, it's just shocking bc he is the first Dutchman I've seen born after the war that has such poor English. Also, he has been in the international light for decades and It's quite rare. That's why I asked if he sounds just as bad in Dutch interviews.
Seriously? I'll laugh at Chelski. Every. fcuking. time. Enough with the self-flagellation "we're not worthy" shit, hmmm?
Chambo, Chambers and Jack called up by Roy Hodgson for the next 2 England games. http://www.itv.com/sport/football/article/2014-08-28/arsenal-defender-chambers-given-england-call/
They're basically a solvent Man City at this point- a better and more expensive bench than most teams in both Germany and Europe, generally. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/bayern-munich-can-play-two-incredible-xis-this-season-graphic/
