Wow is that for real? Considering I think he's one of the few German-Americans with parents who didn't split up.
Ummm... I did not check Big Soccer for several days and then there were 20 pages on the Mix post. Jesus, get a grip.
Stumbled upon this thread from a tweet last week. Have to say I think it's great to have a player posting on the board because you get a behind the scenes look and clarity (at least from one side of the equation) to stories you hear about. I'm a casual fan and attend games when I'm in Norway but usually when I'm back in the US I don't follow the Tippeligaen because it's a pain to track down info in English. Having an ever-so-slight connection reading about a player's progress gets me interested again; although I've alway had more of a connection to Vålerenga than Rosenborg.
oh man reading this old thread can be fun, well Mix is not the only person wrong about this. Is a shame Adu had/has great potential.
Ok.......... let's settle this once and for all: Should Miklagard continue to post here or not? First side to round up with no less than 25 votes casted* by posts-- wins. Dr. Gamera - can you be this votum's scorekeeper and umpire? * The verb cast is conventionally uninflected in the past tense and as a past participle. Casted is an old form—examples are easily found in texts from every century from the 14th to the present—but it has given way to cast in modern English. In current usage, however, casted is gaining ground, especially where cast means either (1) to assemble actors for a performance, or (2) to throw out bait and/or a lure on a fishing line. (Both these senses have extended metaphorical uses where casted is likewise used at least some of the time). Many people object to casted, but that doesn’t change the fact that it is catching on and not likely to go away soon.
Mix you have to stay. You have become my favorite player not only based on your play but because of your contributions here as well!
you're only going to get yesses. the forum is lucky to have you and i hope you feel comfortable enough to stay until you see fit to quit.
yes you should definitely continue to post, if it is something that YOU want to do. We fans enjoy having some link to a US player but if it has run its course then no one would begrudge you for stopping. but still my vote is yes haha
