He is clearly trying to back track after making a very harsh statement. He wouldn't have said the first thing unless he meant it. I've heard murmurs over the years of Iker not training the hardest, maybe I need more evidence before spouting off like this. I'm not sure. But to my eyes Iker doesn't even look to be in great shape. He looks frail to me. And for the record, I'm talking about Iker today as of right now. The player he is today. Not who he was 6 years ago.
I don't think Iker isn't a classy individual or that he isn't a professional. He always kept it classy during Mou's tirades. I'm saying he doesn't look to be in good shape & I've never heard statements of him being the hardest worker on the team either.

No, it isn't. When Navas is doing it, the coach (can't see who it is) is waving him to go fast. When Iker is there, you can see Vecchi holding him up and nodding with him when he does a rep.
Arguing an unpopular opinion would require substantiating your claims, you're doing no such thing and simply sound like a hater. If my nose is high in the air it's only because of all the sh*t you're talking. You should take your own advice and "shut it" yourself.
I see evidence in my eyes. I've heard some "rumors" over the past few years Iker does not train that hard. I've never heard "rumors" that he is the hardest worker on the team. I see with my EYES the shape some players are in, and the shape that Iker is in. I see this video & I see one determined keeper & one with terrible effort & body language. The same body language we saw at the WC & during this pre-season. This is the recent evidence in my eyes. Is it perfect or conclusive? NO! But I look at trends, and right now the trend with Iker is not good. I'm not an Iker hater at all. For the 2 years I've been on this board I have never been anti Iker or a shit talker. I don't think I've ever said anything bad about him. But I'm starting to get fed up with this situation.

Not saying I dislike Iker, that he isn't a legend, or that he isn't one of the best ever. I'm concerned with the current situation. Especially if he is going to be the starter.
