Depends on the way you look at it. If we lose, its one match. If we win its two matches. Either way, my statement stands; at least one match.
You said, "There is at least one match left to be played". There isn't. Meaningful or not, there isn't. There are two matches left to be played for all teams remaining. Level of importance is another debate. This isn't up for debate. It's a fucking fact.
I facked up the number of matches while making the point that "there's still a WC going on". Sue me. The number is simply irrelevant as long as it's not zero. Are you a public sector bureaucrat? Because your ability to completely miss the point and nitpick at the irrelevant error I made certainly puts you in the right direction.
Oh, I didn't miss your point - there was simply not much to add to it. But you were wrong and decided to continuously defend yourself like a little punk arguing stupid-shit with your parents. You were wrong...and bottom line - ref blows that whislte, and i tell you what - that 3rd place match is NOT a meaningless match. Are you telling me Portugal, Germany and Uruguay didn't give a shit? It's not the final, but it is by far meaningless. It is a players last time on a WC pitch for 4 years. The last time to impress. The last time to make a point. The last time to get the attraction of a bigger club. The last time to walk away with "something".
Brazil undefeated at Home in 40 years? This won't be as easy as it seems on paper but that will only make it that much sweeter!
I'm happy to be wrong. He made the right decisions every step of the way in this WC. Extremely well managed.
