I'm undefeated when I call easy wins and I intend to keep that going for two more games.

Arrogance aside but this is the weakest Brazilian side I've ever seen in my 30+ years of football. And now they miss their 2 best players. If Germany don't beat them now they never will.

I somewhat agree...they absolutely missing the kind of natural flow and superior technique that most brazilain sides normally have poses in the past!

Okay how about this for a negative thought. We return to the 4 CB high back line for the finals. We can then get at least one red card for a tackle on Fred or Hulk.

I think Scolari would go super destructive for this. Play Gustavo Fernandinho and Paulinho all in midfield with hulk Fred Oscar in attack. Key is to match Germans in midfield and hope on counters and dead balls

    1. Should have drew vs Croatia, struggling to reach Knockout Stage
    2. Chile hit the post in the 119th minute
    3. Ref left his cards in the locker room vs Colombia

    Deutschland 3-1

i will only be satisfied if we win 2-0 + and klose scores at least 2 goal. Its just the right outcome for this match.

I think maybe you guys need to relax a bit about it... probably no harm intended by the poster. I remember the president of Chile wrote that in some guest book in an official visit to Germany and caused a bit of a stirr. These kind of things are seen differently in other places, and many posters here aren't German.

That is very unfortunate for Neymar if true btw. I see nothing in the sport channels here though...

Let's not be overconfident either way.

While Brazil haven't been world beaters per se, in fact aside from Cameroon, it looks like they scraped their victories and patched it together with duck tape. But then again, remember this, no side at this tournament looked great, not even us. So to dismiss Brazil because they're scraping victories is ridiculous. In a tournament like the world cup, one bad call, one fatal slip-up, one individual mistake and you're chasing the match. All of this could be against the run of play. This Brazil still has pace upfront even without Neymar, and Mertesacker should be nowhere near the pitch.

At this point its too late to integrate Durm and Grosskreutz unfortunately, if anything it should have been done a few matches ago. Shame Howedes didn't do the team a favour and pick up a yellow. Hopefully Neuer keeps up his form, no brain-farts. Hummels has been looking great, hope he's stellar as well in the semis. Lahm IMO needs to pick his game up after today, many times France got behind him, I was shocked. Khedira was better than my low expectations of him, but that's not saying much, if he matches the same performance, I won't criticize him. But that effin front three needs to be more clinical. Can't have set pieces bailing us out, especially since Brazil has scored off of them as well. I think Loew is going to try and be smart and start Mertesacker for this reason. No Klose at this point, at best he should be a super sub, to distract the Brazilian defense, while Muller or Schurlle sneak in to score.

    My hopeful line-up

    --------Schurrle--Ozil--Muller -----
    -------------Schweini--Kroos--------
    ----------------Neuer----------------
    -pylon-Hummels-Boateng-Lahm-
    --------Weidenfeller------
