I couldn't say myself any better. We'll have a lot of regrets. Only Colombia - and not so much - seems like a team to fear.

Kakitani and Osako are on the same level - they can decide BuLi2. games. Not WC games.

    This one hurt sooooo deep.

Taking off my JNT jersey right now, going to sleep.

We better have a Japanese coach next time.
I don't want a foreigner even if its Pep Guardiola.

It almost looks like Zac is trying to screw Japan inside out.

    The perfect combo could be:
    Greece-CIV 1-0
    Colombia-Japan 0-1,1-2,2-3

We have a better goal difference than Greece. But I don't see it happening.

Perhaps we became too optimistic and naive because we were seeing so many signs of Japanese football evolving. We have more and more people playing overseas, and heck, we can even play well against some of the best teams out there, but let's face it, we are still newcomers and underdogs in the world of football.

even so Kakitani looked better than Osako for the NT. Why put Osako up? For aerial prowess? What a joke. His passing is also dreadful.

96 minutes of anti-football from Greece, God, how I hate those teams. I hope we won't get to see them in a major tournament for at least a good damn 20 years.

Zakeroni is beyond stupid but the team had no movement.... no interchange of positions...nothing.

What is hard to swallow is to believe they actually though that a long ball would save this game.

Wow, slow down. Zac disappointed us all in the last year, but until June 2013 everything was going well. The only mistake - at that time - was probably the fact that we didn't change too much. Osako or Yamaguchi with 1+ year of experience with JNT would have been useful today.

    I will just say this

With Kagawa things at least had idea etc...

And I would like to give props to Zac for not making that last sub. Brilliant move haha

Anyway I rest my case after this game.

Good night thanks for making me feel disappointed and down after another game.

Japan in a worst position after 2 games and needs help from Greece + win against Colombia to somewhat advance.

    Not gonna happen hah

I hate this, cause it gives me a little flicker of hope.

But what I think will happen is
    0-3 to Colombia.
    ---------------------------

The reputation that Okada Japan built up for this team is being torn down so quickly. Now we're just another Asian team who can't cut it on the world stage.

There are 3 teams in that group aiming to be a clown of this WC with the worst socerline against Germany so I guess Korea have a great chance to compete against 2002's Saudi Arabia result.

God that was pathetic! You guys seriously need another coach man but your players weren't any better. No urgency at all. What was Zach thinking by taking out Kagawa? I know he played like sh1t last game but you could tell when he got subbed on he was a threat. That pass to Uchida was excellent and I can't fcking believe Okubo missed that. I want to see Kagawa and Kakitani start and STAY for the whole match.

Yup! But somehow they manage every time to show up in either the Euro or WC!

    I'm really puzzled by this!
