It seems amazing to me, but consistent with a lot of things related to FIFA, that nobody has been able to find seating charts with row numbers yet (for any of the stadiums), just these ones that show the sections. If anyone has found one, please post a link.
Tickets (Rio VST from the first lottery phase & M8 in the second FCFS phase) arrived in Devon early this afternoon. And my partner Karen, sold her house. To quote Ice Cube, misogynist that he is, "today was a good day"! Even went for a few pints on a Monday night. Bonus!!
I haven't seen general charts, but for games that aren't sold out yet, you can add tickets, and it let's you zoom in to see where the seat and row are. So you might be able to figure it out for some stadiums.

That's a good idea, but the tickets I have are for Rio and for SP, and my SP is in a weird corner section (418). Anyway, no Rio or SP tickets available anyway. It's a good tip for those in other stadiums though. I have for pickup tickets in Natal and Salvador, so I don't even know which section I'm in yet, another ridiculous thing with FIFA that we can't go into our online account and see what seats we're assigned.
woohoo! tickets arrived today! Picked up in Venice on Friday morning and delivered this afternoon. I had called DHL several times (including Friday and Saturday) but I never did get a tracking number before the tickets arrived. I came home this evening to find the envelope simply sitting on my doormat. They were signed for by one of the neighbors. All good.
Tickets arrived in Wolverhampton, UK today. DHL actually just left them in the porch as no one was in. I'm sure this is totally against their protocols and instructions from FIFA, but it probably did me a favour.
Finally! Tickets arrived this morning in Canberra, Australia. Just got very real now... Can't wait! Like many, no text, no email etc.
MIRACLES!!!! tickets arrived in a box... with the word repackaged... my guess is that they fell or ssomeone took them out of the original package and they ended up somewhere and then the original envelope was sent to me. the new one was as well.. abeit much later.
no, they werent opened, just a rubberband around all of them. The side panel of the original envelope opened wayyyyy too easily so def my guess that they fell or or were taken out. either way... they made their way to me. best day ever!
If I might be so bold as to suggest something. If I were you, I would print any and all communication you have with FIFA and DHL and take it with you, arrive early to the first game and make sure you can enter with no problems. I have terrible luck and if I was on your shoes I'd be worried that FIFA cancelled the tickets and never bother to tell you. PMA tickets arrived this evening in North Florida with no issues. Just email, no tracking number nor a text from DHL. Thank you all for the help in this forum, now I got to get my Visa
Still no tickets delivered to me in Surrey, England. DHL won't help me with a tracking number in three countries I called them in. Either security reasons cited for not giving a tracking number or call your local DHL office. FIFA and DHL are pretty useless. So much for 6-8 weeks before the tournament. I'll never opt for ticket delivery again. Too much stress.
Has anyone in Mexico received any tickets already? I have a friend living there who bought 2 tix for 1 game but she has not receive anything. I called DHL here in the US but they said there is nothing for her to be delivered in Mexico so far. Thanks!
My tickets arrived recently in the mail. For all of the 4 games that I was allocated (2 tickets per match) during the second sales phase, it shows the incorrect guest name on my ticket. I switched the guest to my brother long ago, the first day that I could do so, and on my FIFA.com ticketing account it shows my brother as the guest for each match. But on the hard ticket itself, it shows my daughter's name, who I had listed just as a place holder since my brother was also applying for tickets. Question - will FIFA re-print a ticket for me at a collection center with the proper guest name? I could show them that I switched guests and even my account shows a different guest than the printed ticket. I'm sure my brother would like a souvenir with his name on the ticket rather than his niece's, but other than that does it matter?
no fifa won't reprint tickets if you ask them about it they will say don't worry it's ok because the new name is in the system.... and it's not like they will check the names. fifa said before that they don't reprint tickets. also i could beat the queue 3minutes after the last minute phase started and my tickets were already printed lol. pretty sure they printed all tickets like 1 day before the portal opened because fifa doesn't like making things easy for their customers.
Finally got my tickets!!!!! No email from Fifa or update on the FIFA account with the tracking number.
Tickets finally arrived to Helsinki. No tracking code or phone call. Also received Round 0f 16 and QF tickets even though FIFA said I have to collect them from airport.
John GUtke, it's unlikely they will check tickets names. Just incase, take print off of any email from FIFA and screenshots of correct names as well as ID for yourself to match the lead person (yourself).
