what if you are planing on picking them up at an airport? I thought you didn't have to make an appointment
didn't someone say when using a kiosk you also had the choice of which tickets to collect, that is you could select some to print and leave the rest for later? Finding old posts in this thread now is almost impossible.
IIRC from what I have read in the forum, tickets can be printed per transaction... so tickets bought in different phases, or in the same phase but at different times, can be printed separately..
received tickets from DHL today in San Jose CA, United States..tickets were shipped from Italy on Monday
So do we leave the "make an appointment" part blank if you are looking to pick up the tickets at a kiosk?
I made an appointment, but when I land if the kiosk lines aren't too long at GRU I'm just going to grab them then, and cancel the appointment.
In the confed cup there were only kiosks at the Rio airport(s?) iirc now I am sure there will be ones in SP too not so sure about the other cities though.
Yeah, I called FIFA this mornig and they told me they could not help me because I have PMA tickets. They only have information on general admission tickets. I asked for a number I could call and they told me I could only e-mail them. Today my roomate got his tickets, so they are shipping tickets in my area too. If they do not deliver my tickets I want them to refund the $41 for the delivery fee. Let me know what you find out!
Is it required to set an appointment to pick up tickets once you get to Brazil? If so how is this done?
My ticketing account has changed, there is now a blue link that says "Track the progress of you ticket delivery". When I click it goes straight to the DHL tracking section of the website - my tickets are in Sydney!! wooooo!!! FYI I am one who never got the email from FIFA saying your tickets are printed and will be shipped soon...
Yeah I tracked mine by calling DHL EXPRESS and using my name and post code. I still have no tracking number on FIFA website. Left Venice Tuesday and should be in Perth Friday.
On your FIFA account how much does it say under the "Amount Paid"? Does it have the delivery fee included or is it just the amount for the tickets. I ask because my bank got charged the $41 delivery charge but on my FIFA account it only has the amount paid for the tickets. I hope my question makes sense.
I understand. The delivery amount shows $41 on top of only one of the ticket selections I bought. The rest are amount paid for my tickets. For example below: Request Amount $ 405.00 Paid Amount $ 446.00
I got charged 41$ for shipping. No link on FIFA account. Called DHL with my name and zip code and nothing is out for delivery. Emailed FIFA two days ago. No response so far. Anyone else on the same boat?
My tix (all USA PMA) arrived to my Washington, D.C.-area home tonight. They had shipped from Italy on Monday. The delivery guy, bless his heart, said: "these are World Cup tickets aren't they?" as he gave them to me. He said he'd delivered "about 30" packets of tickets during the past couple days. The dude sounded like he wanted to go...too bad I didn't have any extras! Like others, I only knew the tix were inbound because (1) I had called DHL daily since last week asking them to check whether there were any packages in transit for me (which they finally confirmed this Monday) and (2) DHL texted me last night saying the delivery was scheduled for tonight. The FIFA site "tracking link" only updated after the delivery occurred. What a joke. Anyhow, it's all real now. And for those still waiting, don't fret. FIFA continues to send out batches every day, it seems. And once they go, they'll be on your door in 2 days or so (for east coast USA anyway).
I am also on west coast USA too. Tickets came two days ago (from Italy through England). DHL tracking link only appeared after tickets delivered.
Has anyone successfully sold back tickets to FIFA? My account has said refund pending for weeks for cat3 Ivory Coast-Japan. Scanner shows 0 tickets in that cat. In theory that ticket should be sold, yes?
