I need United to win, not for our sake, but I want them in Europa next season.

I respect that. there is nothing even remotely honorable about acting like you're too damn good for the Europa League when you're clearly not.

This. Also Everton are away to Southampton next weekend, so we could theoretically wrap up 4th with a win.

I don't see RVP playing for them in Russia or Poland. But it is remarkable how bad things are for them essentially with the same group of players plus Mata and Fellaini.

You can expect them to blow a ton of money . Lord knows they have it. It will be a different team next year

This. And Moyes will have had another year to settle. It takes a little while to go from a "selling club" to a "buying club" mentality.

Yup and also it will test the hypothesis that top players don't come to clubs that are not playing CL football.

Apparently Everton are giving Moyes his last rites before letting the Reaper back in.

Wow what a completely depressing day for moyes on his rtn to goodison. You couldnt get a more stark comparison of the relative fortunes of him vs his successor.

Edit: unless they score 3 unanswered goals that is. ;)

What an awful team, this MU squad.
I read somewhere that Arsenal was looking at Smalling. I hope they don't waste any money on him. Waste of space.
We were chasing both Jones and Smalling back in the days. We may have dodged a bullet with these two.

Jones could still come good - he's pretty versatile. Smalling isn't that good.
