Next few fixture are tough, Verona, Roma and Napoli We can't afford to drop point, especially after Inter and Parma chasing our tails
Our convocati for Hellas. Anderson, Aquilani, Borja Valero, Bakic, Compper, Cuadrado, Diakite, Ilicic, Joaquin, Lupatelli, Matri, Neto, Pasqual, Pizarro, Rodriguez, Roncaglia, Rosati, Ryder, Savic, Tomovic, Vargas, Wolski.
Nice win for us today, 5-3. We were up 3-1 in the 70th minute when Donadel got a red card for Verona and from that point on it was kinda decided (though both teams scored 2 more goals each). Matri got to score a penalty to get himself back on the board. Napoli and Inter both won their matches so our position relative to both teams remains the same (but with less games remaining to make any moves).
We got Roma at home and then 4 scrubs. Can't see our league position changing. Let's just get everyone healthy and clicking for the Coppa Italia final.
Been a while someone posted here.... Anyway, I read elsewhere in the forum that Rossi might start today. Anyone have more news on that?
Gomez? You guys aren't fighting for a league table spots. I can understand Rossi wanting to improve match fitness to earn a WC spot, but why Gomez? I'm not complaining through, happy to see Montella going for the win
Well we'd probably be relegated for throwing the match if we used Matri. Rosati Roncaglia, Rodriguez, Hegazi, Pasqual Aquilani, Pizarro, Valero Cuadrado, Rossi, Vargas
Rossi had the highest average player rating, according to Gazzetta, in Serie A this season. http://m.firenzeviola.it/primo-piano/gazzetta-media-voto-serie-a-il-migliore-e-rossi-157021
Chievo upset Juve so we're playing them in the semi right now. 0-0 in the first half. Torino upset Lazio on the other side of the bracket so we have a legitimate chance at this. We're probably the favorites now.
