seriously, those are the sort of boots you see on ebay listed as 'barely worn' theres at least two rips in the leather that we can see! he must have such a wide fat foot!
dont look like rips. those look like rubber grips. that entire boot is player issue. its very different from the store version
I'm sure David's not referring to the pattern across the toe box, which is extra stitching, not rubber grips. I'm sure he is referring to what looks like a tear on the front/left of his boot and the instep/ball of his foot.
Anyone know what Brad Friedel is currently wearing? Found some pictures of him in Under Armour, but I think those were from when AVB was still around. Seemed like a fitting choice, though, for an old school guy who largely stuck to the basic black and red Pred colorway through his career. Even on the bench and out of sight, hard for me to imagine Friedel in the current Samba Preds.
Was wondering if anybody could help identify what Kealia Ohai's wearing here: At first I thought it might be the CTR360 Reflective Pack due to the shape/size/placement of the swoosh, but it doesn't seem to have the light blue sole plate or lining (the sole plate looks white or clear and the lining looks black). It also doesn't look like it has the pass pads, although that could just be the low quality of the video. It looks like it has a horizontal silver stripe running through there and no swoosh, though. I know she was previously wearing the Euro 2012 Clash Tiempos (but before that she had also worn the CTR360 II and III). So could this be some older model (since I don't know older stuff that well)?
Something tells me they are CTR's the back heel just looks like it, plus if you look closely on both pictures theres like a part thats whiter then the rest of the boot..almost looks reflective..
You guys are right. I found another shot of what I think is the same boot (I originally missed it cause you can't see the player they are attached to): So are these Nike ID?
no, seems like the players have to wear the trainers provided by the national team sponsor, i saw an interview yesterday where mascherano was wearing adidas trainers and he is a Nike player.
