It's time the Hunts push Schellas out like a stubborn turd. It's gonna be hard and painful but it's gotta be done. They'll feel much better afterward.

Give him the option of resigning and if not take his toy away from him. This team needs to be redone with new thinking and that cannot happen keeping the same coach that no listens to. Also I don't know how much input on personnel he has (probably a lot) but there have been several GM's getting him talent and the personnel blunders are big every year. Way to many players that don't mesh together or fit the formations played. Bottom line is that's on him too and I don't trust him to fix it.

Getting the feeling that Dan (unlike Clark) won't be f ucking around if we miss the playoffs.

Don't forget Wal-Mart and surprisingly low adult literacy rates.

FCD has been contacting me about renewing my season tickets.

I think I'll hold off while Clark's coach is in charge.

Hell, I'd even be okay with some sort of "kicked upstairs" scenario. I don't feel like we have bad parts or that no talent has been unearthed/signed. It's just this messed up man-management, personal alienation, and (lately) clueless lethargy that's so frustrating. I swear Feruzzi could do more with this exact same roster than Bus Coach has this year.

I gave up on season tickets last year partially because I got tired of the "style" FCD was playing; it worked for a while but once the other teams figured it out, it stopped working and just made FCD look like the disjointed team it is today. Nothing I have seen (tactics, personnel decisions, substitution patterns, halftime adjustments) leads me to believe SH is the right coach for this team (or any other MLS team for that matter).

Oh yeah, the Time Warner fiasco did not exactly endear me with the team either but that's another topic.

I know he could because he did as interim coach before Hyndman took over. He played the players we all thought a coach should and they were improved. SH took over and undid the changes and they sunk like a rock. He then went on his yearly roster overhaul that has worked once.

Not only should Hyndman be out the door...............but Clavijo should be gone first.

He's made some inexplicable roster decisions.

How about drafting a player that wanted to plant churches instead of play soccer? We could have drafted Devon Sandoval, and then not traded for useless Eric Hassli. The money spent on Hassli could have been spent on the midfield instead. I don't think this is a hindsight is 20-20 scenario. Hassli had been useless in Toronto. [The Kenny Cooper trade I was fine with.........although it hasn't worked out either.]

As much as I like Zimmerman as a prospect, we could have drafted a player in the first round to fill an actual need. How about DFW native Dillon Powers..............who's had a fabulous rookie season.

I'm just tired of the underachieving. The ownership was willing to spend the money on this team. We're probably one of only a couple of teams in the league that has all 3 DP slots filled and has also used a "young DP" slot.

It's just time for a complete overhaul. And a lot of the veterans need to go. Sorry Jackson. I love ya Ferreira, but adios. Jacobson doesn't do anything for me. Loyd? I like ya, but Acosta can do your job. Cooper? I think we're stuck with you...............you gotta figure it out. And trade George John for a midfielder..............Zim and Hedges to start 2014.

GJ is the best defender we've ever had. It would take a great player to convince me to trade him.

So is there a chance that Real Salt Lake does not want Kreis back for next season - is his contract done at the end of this season? Is Hyndman's contract done?

If for some asinine reason Real SL does not want Kreis back because "he can't win the big one" - is there any chance we could get Kreis back to Dallas?

He is a fantastic coach - a future US national team level coach. I think he could instantly transform this team - even this same roster - into a borderline playoff team. Which we are not now. And I think his player evluation skills are better than what we have now.

Kreis can flat out coach. I would hire him here for double what RSL offers. He has instant credibility and iI cannot fathom what RSL would even contemplate not bringing him back. If the Red Bulls get Kreis and we don't - that would be a colossal bummer.

If that were the reason, they'd be dumb beyond belief... or didn't have a memory that stretched back four years. (This is not to ascribe that adjective to you, since four years ago is outside the statute of limitations of "What have you done for me lately?" for some teams.)

That being said, the fact that they didn't renew him last year doesn't strike me as too smart on their part.

You're correct. Clavijo should never have been hired on principal. That little SH!t running onto our pitch celebrating crapids win by mauling us in playoffs was unforgivable.
Bus boy couldn't out coach a 12 yr old that's played manager mode on FIFA soccer.

I trade either John or Hedges this off-season. We can probably get more for John.

I just think Zimmerman is ready to go. So Zimmerman/Hedges as the starting tandem is fine.

I re-sign Loyd, and move Acosta to left back (which is where he was training pre-Loyd injury).

    Back line of Loyd-Hedges-Zim-Acosta.

For backups I have Moises Hernandez coming back from loan, I have London Woodberry for RB/CB, I sign Boyd Okwuono for RB/CB depth, and I sign Michael Ambrose for LB depth.

    Ta Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Who needs Fernando Clavijo for Christ's sake? I can do it.

It's scorched earth time. We need to start over. And it starts with Clavijo being shown the door, and the new GM then gets to pick his coach.

I don't have as much dislike for Hyndman as others. I don't know why not. It's just time for him to go. Time to start over.

You think we're leaking goals now, just wait until you stick Zimmerman and Hedges together at CB. John is fantastic and will be back to his old self under new management.

I think you're underselling John as I think he is much better than Hedges. I would trade anyone for the right package but it would take a lot to get rid of him. Acosta to left back would be fine but I'm not sold on Loyd. He gets beat one on one a lot near the box and his crosses are generally poor. I would like Woodberry or someone else to challenge. That may be Acosta and a new left back brought in.

Here's the thing. Until the Coach/GM issues are settled we're spinning our wheels on players. A new coach will bring their philosophy and certain good players won't fit while certain players that don't look good now might flourish with someone else. Lets hope ownership knows this and proceeds in the correct order. GM ---> Coach ---> Players. Always hate it when the order is messed up and it takes extra years to flush all the coaches and players out that a GM wants.

Shrug. I think we've spinning our wheels for the past 3 years.

We have 3 starting-caliber MLS centerbacks...........and massive holes in the rest of the team. Trade one for a winger or central midfielder for God's sake.

If Clavijo stays, then nothing is going to change. It's not reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally all Hyndman's fault. He has a bunch of ill-fitting and over-rated parts. He was playing a left back from the Brazilian league in central midfield, because the 34-year old, injury prone, Swiss-league reject they'd gotten for that role was..............surprise, surprise..............a 34-year old, injury prone, Swiss-league reject.

Our player acquisition strategy has just been nonsensical.

When we drafted a player that didn't even want to play the sport............................it was pretty obvious the direction this ship was headed. Right into TFC-land.

I agree with you here just don't want them to give up our best defender ever for who they usually trade for. Do it but wow me.
